*Quick Facts*

Cleveland has won two in a row and four of the last five meetings against the 76ers.

With 24 points tonight, LeBron James will reach 9,000 for his career. He would become the youngest player in NBA history to reach that plateau at 22 years, 350 days old. He would surpass Kobe Bryant who was 24 years, 127 days old when he reached 9,000 career points.

In four games against the 76ers last season, Zydrunas Ilgauskas averaged 15.8 points and 10.0 rebounds per game.

Zydrunas Ilgauskas posted his 13th double-double of the season last night at New Jersey. He finished with 21 points on 8-13 shooting, 12 rebounds and a season-high six assists.

Daniel Gibson has connected on .619 (13-21) from three-point range over his last four games. He has made at least three three-pointers in each of those games. On the season, he ranks third in the NBA in three-point percentage (.524; 55-105).

Larry " I don't want to handle the ball" Hughes.

Sasha "I have to leave my feet" Pavlovic

Damon "OLE" Jones.

No comments in the game thread? That's because everyone is as sick of this crap as I am.

Either trade the players or let the coach go. They are not on the same page.

Is it Andre Miller that Fred and Austin keep saying is 35? I thought he was 31.

Basically. I'm sick of seeing this team, LeBron doesn't deserve this. He'll be out of here when his contract is up, some fans wont understand it but I will for sure. Danny Ferry, thank you for ruing Cleveland Cavaliers Basketball.

Its funny to see teams score on us that have had very hard times doing so before, and they called us one of the best defensive teams in the league. What a joke, Mike Brown needs to be fired. Sick of seeing that stupid look on his face whenever hes on TV. He is busy playing hang-man on his clipboard and doesn't see how bad we are doing.

I don't know why Larry gets a choice in the matter. It's not like he's been lighting it up in any capacity for the team, he's been hurt a huge chunk of time, and he decides he's just not going to do something that can help the team out by playing PG. He should be happy to accept any role so he can get out on the floor and contribute. He must be mistaking himself for a really good NBA player.

The Cavs are on pace to give up 100+ to the Sixers AT HOME after laying an egg @ NJ.

I'm starting to wonder how good this team really is...this same group couldn't win a game without Lebron, maybe we just aren't that good?

Is Mike Brown losing this group?

These guys always look unfocused and uninspired. The defense can never string together a couple of good possessions in a row. Uh oh.

This whole defense OR offense thing has gotta go. You have to be able to bring together both ends of the floor. I don't get why MB has to focus on one or the other. All the elite teams, minus Phoenix, can play both ends and I doubt that it's rocket science.

Eric Snow shooting a jumper with 9 seconds on the shot clock isn't what I wanna see, and since when did Miller become a Free-throw beast? The guy keeps getting fouled on Jumpers? Give me a break.

Larry, you make one shot, that doesn't mean you are now Micheal Jordan and can make everything. You got Miller on you down below the rim, why not drive? What the hell is wrong with you.

If Andre is auditioning for the Cavs he is putting on a hell of a show. This team just plays so stupid sometimes. Throwing alley-oops and no look passes through 4 guys is fun and all, but come crunch time in the 4th you just cant do those low percentage moves. Make the easy pass, and find the open man. Can't believe we're trying to lose to teh freaking Sixers now.

On the bright side, how bout that dunk by Shannon. I was all "Holy Shit!"

Any particular reason why LeBron feels the need to pass the ball and not take over ?? He's been stuck on 18 points without a shot attempt for over 11 minutes of game time

Zero FTs, Lebron isn't exactly helping the cause.

Until right now.

I believe he scored 3 points in the 2nd half....He didn't even try to attack..

CavsRules

The ref gave Philly 3 points instead of 2 free throws, that sucks.

I'm glad to see some of our old defense return, but I'm also sad to see our new offense exit. I guess we can't have both in Cleveland. Hughes going 1-9, James taking stupid shots, Sasha sucking so bad.. Man, this team needs the biggest upgrade.

Fred McLeod should be terminated. He is the worst announcer EVER. He pays less attention than Drew Gooden during time outs.

Danny Ferry has to trade whoever for a point guard. If he doesn't, this team will not compete. He must release Larry Hughes. His attitude is poor, and his game has diminished beyond repair. I don't mean trade. I mean release. Eat the contract if necessary. He is a bad influence.

As for the coach, he needs to assert what he wants this team to be. They did not try to push the ball tonight, and they looked like the old stand around Cavs. And why not? Eric Snow started.

Enough. I have more serious business to attend to. Toenail clipping.

LeBron is hurt. His hand is not right. He was looking at it a lot during the game. The real issue is no one steps up for him. Not Larry. His damn teardrop tattoos are how I feel every time he comes into the game.

Not too much to add about this one. Just a very poor effort. Cavs didn't even look interested after the 1st quarter. Outworked, outhustled and outplayed most of the night. That 4th quarter was pathetic. Still, they managed to stay in the game though.

Another weak performance from the bench.

What happened last season doesn't mean a damn thing now. This team isn't good enough to think it can just show up and get a win or turn it on and off when they feel like it.
