Post everything about the league in here..

Is Tuesday, August 28 at 10PM a good draft time for everybody?

Also, we might need a player or two depending so post here if you're interested... First come first serve..

Here here. I'd be a player, if necessary.

Sounds great with me, Smooth.

Lets get a serious 2nd league going with experienced players who are going to be competitive. Sound good?

Alright boys... I'm setting up a 2nd league via Yahoo. I'll start a new thread so as to not get our league confused with Smooth's. Check the new thread and check your PMs... I'll be sending info out.

I cleaned up our league thread. Thanks are still intact.

Unfortunately, I can't cut and paste the draft yet. It seems they updated their script. Feel free to post your team and talk some shit. 10 team PPR scoring.

QB: M. Vick
RB: D. Murray
RB: D. Sproles
WR: Megatron
WR: E. Decker
TE: R. Gronkowski
FLEX: R. Bush
DEF: Green Bay
K: G. Hartley

BENCH:

Big Ben, R. Jennings, M. Ingram, T. Smith, S. Rice, M. Crabtree, G. Olsen, JETS D.

Get ready for the regular season champs to crush then fold around the holidays, just like we do!

Im assuming you go qb by committee each week keys? Dont really like reggie, he will lost that starting job by midseason, WR & RB are deep. Like the jennings handcuff.

QB - Newton, Luck
RB - Forte, AD, Ben Tate, David Wilson
WR - Jordy Nelson, Demaryius Thomas, DeSean Jax, Stevie Johnson, Kenny Britt, Josh Gordon, Randy Moss
TE - Fred Davis, Kyle Rudolph
D/ST - NYGiants
K - Bironas

WR Depot, you need em, we got em. Also the waiver wire warrior, if someones breaking out you gotta know I'll find em.

you have a lot of WR but not many good ones for ppr, RBs are solid, qb is good, te = avg.

Where I was drafting most of the franchise WR's were already gone. I have 4 #1's in Thomas, Jax, Stevie, and Britt. Jordy could be considered #5 considering the Pack's offense. Moss and Gordon are tossups low risk high reward.

I was the fifth pick, so I went with Megatron and accepted the fact I was going to lose out on the top 3 QBs. Megatron is arguably better than the top running backs in the PPR format. So, I took Vick in the mid-sixth round, expecting him to be the starter when healthy. Big Ben was the first backup QB taken in the draft in round 9 because Vick is golden when healthy... but then you have the other half of the season.

On Reggie Bush, he is supposedly more focused than he has ever been. Remember that in a PPR league, you get an extra point for each reception. We also get more points for return yards. That boosts the value of guys like Sproles and Bush in comparison to regular leagues. Sproles broke the regular season yardage record and caught 86 balls, which is like a bonus 12 TDs from a running back who doesn't catch many passes. While Reggie Bush has been unable to live up to the hype, he did top 1,000 yards on the ground and catch over 40 balls. That's good stuff in a PPR league.

I'll go ahead and assume you meant the Ingram handcuff, and I like it too. Jennings was my roll of the dice that he wrestles at least a 50/50 split with Mo Jo.

I'm actually really happy how my team turned out:

QB - Philip Rivers, RG3
RB - Darren McFadden, Steven Jackson, Michael Turner, Stevan Ridley, Cedric Benson, Roy Helu
WR - Larry Fitzgerald, Dwayne Bowe, Miles Austin, Malcolm Floyd, Justin Blackmon
TE - Jason Witten, Dustin Keller
K - John Kasay
D/ST - Dallas

Missed out on top-tier QBs but happy with Rivers where I got him and wanted RG3, so I'm happy with that.. Got McFadden and Fitz auto-picked to me but I'm pretty happy with that... Not a huge Turner fan but felt he was a great value where I got him... Didn't necessarily want to take Miles Austin early with Fitz and Bowe but he was too good of a value to pass up... I'm hoping Witten can stay healthy... Only part I don't like about my team is my D but not a big deal.. I was really hoping to snatch up Buffalo's defense...

I know all about ppr I usually refuse to play in a league if it isnt, just everything I have heard out of MIA is they are infatuated with lamar miller.

Where did Lamar Miller go in your draft? He didn't get drafted in ours.
