Feel bad for the guy. Feel worse for the Sixers. Windhorst reporting he might have damaged his knees further by bowling. As someone pointed out, if you can hurt your knees by bowling, the issue isn't with the bowling.

Now, on to rejoicing that we still have Tristan Thompson, Anderson Varejao, and Dion Waiters instead of Andrew Bynum

a bynum varejao frontcourt would be quite 'hairy' so to speak.

So fucking glad we dodged this train. That mishap could have cost us Irving in the long run. Never bet on Bynums frail knees. When you're that tall with his build, your not supposed to be running up and down taking a pounding. Dude has a weird body. Guys like Wilt were equally as tall, but much more proportioned than Bynum. He'll even Javale McGee is a 7 footer but he moves a hell of a lot better than Bynum.

I think all that artificial lubricants gonna come back to bite him. Dudes career will be short lived, I guarantee it.

I wonder what he'll cost as a free agent now...

My dad hurt his knee bowling. Of course he's 65 and hasn't bowled regularly in 30 years.

I'm sure the Philly fans will be patient and understanding with this situation.

What scares me even more than the return of his knee problems is that Bynum didn't sign with Philly. We could have given up the bank for Dwight if we wanted to watch 2010 playout again.

Now we can just outright sign Dwight after this season, and let LA go through that. :D

Always my main concern. There were those reports that said Bynum's knees were basically systematically flawed for supporting his body. It is scary that he still might get the max

Offer him the league minimum next year.
