Diet and Workout Routines

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Doing some intermittent fasting the last couple of weeks and noticing a major difference in my body.

Running a marathon and Ironman this year and usually operate better around 185-190lbs. It's not something that I will do long term, but has definitely helped me drop some unwanted pounds.
what does this consist of doing?

There really isn’t anything to it. You just give yourself a feeding and fasting window. I’m doing the 16/8 fast, so I fast for 16 hours a day and only eat in my 8 hour window. I eat between 11am and 7pm, and then drink nothing but water the rest of the day. There are others that like a 20 hour fast or even an every other day fast.

It’s really not hard and you’d be surprised how quickly your body gets used to it. I used to eat a large breakfast before work, but skip that now and eat larger lunch. I’ve been able to drop around 8 pounds since I started doing it.

So, my elbow pits hurt when i bend my elbows. When i tried to google it says it could be distal biceps tendonitis. But i did not hear any pop or feel any tear.

Any idea what it could be ? Has anyone had similar pain ?

Nasty ass hematomas from subcutaneous injections.

Were you injecting steroids subcutaneously? You're supposed to only do that with HGH and HCG. Steroids are supposed to be intramuscular.

Hey, can someone point me in the right direction about me having weak ass ligaments? Every time I start working out regularly I get tendonitis in my left elbow (interior and mid area of elbow). And now that I started focusing on leg workouts since I have to give my arms rest, my right knee started acting up. WTF?

I feel like I'm stuck doing elliptical and jump rope only.

How do I fix this issue once and for all so I can start working on bulking up and heavy lifting in a few months (once I lost enough fat)?

Now let me preface this by saying I'm not the type to work out. I'm more inclined to run/other cardio based exercises, or just simple body weight exercises. I wouldn't say I'm overweight but I do have a bit of a gut forming and quickly approaching 30, I'd like to eliminate it. Not looking to get a six pack or anything spectacular but just feel good and refreshed.

My girlfriend and I started this routine last night. Not sure what the results will be but I am looking forward to doing this easy challenge. Woke up this morning feeling a little sore in my abs so its gotta be working a bit.

This bulk is going so well that my clothes already don't fit. My belt literally just snapped apart.

I started my VR exercise and healthier eating almost a year ago now. I have 13 days left until the 1 year mark and need to lose 3 more lbs to hit 50 lb weight loss in a year. I was ahead of that pace, but thanksgiving/christmas/New Years was a setback that took all of January to recover from. A combination of eating too many things not on my diet and being so swamped with work to not have the same amount of time to work out. I'm still trying to get back to working out as much as I was before thanksgiving as we're surprisingly swamped with work when this is normally our slow time of the year.

The plan is to shoot for another 50 lbs next year. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to try to mix in other exercise this year or continue to try to lose it all through VR based exercise.

What VR exercises do you do?
