Pretty much all of the boxing related games are great workouts. Boxers have to be in such great shape. Also a little bit of sprint vector. And Space Pirate Trainer is my warmup exercise.

One issue I’ve had lately is In Death is too much fun and isn’t nearly as good of a workout as the others, so it’s cut into my exercise time. i’m working towards getting my exercise time in first before I play it. I probably wouldn’t have had a setback in December if I didn’t start playing In Death.

Why the hell do ppl work obliques? It looks like shit

Coming up on week 5 of keto and intermittent fasting, down 22 pounds so far. A lot of it was water weight, and I've also totally cut out alcohol which is helping a lot. I'm also working out at Orangetheory Fitness 4-5 times a week. Sugar cravings are pretty much non existent most days, unless there's a party at work or something with tons of pastries. But even then, I just glance at them and move on.

I thought it would be harder to give up beer, but I'm realizing a lot of it was just cracking open a can and drinking something carbonated. If I'm ever in the mood for a beer, I just open a Lacroix and that usually does the trick for holding me over. This most likely won't be a permanent change, but for now I'm enjoying the benefits of keto.

Sorry your lats don’t stick out enough. Don’t blame it on your 0bliques.

I came across this today

10 Reasons Why Gym-Goers Must Try a VR Fitness Workout
1. It’ll make you laugh at yourself.
2. Time will move at light speed.
3. The music is kick ass and will get you to go the distance.
4. The gameplay will keep you guessing.
5. Give your arms a workout.
6. Focus on your core and legs.
7. Get your grind on burning serious calories.
8. Exercise and feel less pain.
9. Become a character that can defy reality.
10. VR is always more fun with friends.

I didn't copy the whole article, they give reasons and examples of games for each one. 10 reasons and they didn't give the best one, it's fun.

@The Process God adrol and dbol at the same time? Christ man.

What do you think about starting with adrol and switching to dbol halfway

What would you typically gain and keep on tren drol dbol

Dont forget test. It's the best stack out there. It all depends on genetics, your regimen, and your diet. I put on strength and muscle very fast. I got up to 270 in no time.

Test is assumed.

I'm 3.5 weeks in now and up 12-15, but I know some of that is glycogen and water and poop and fat. also really sensitive to getting fat so Im eating less than I probably would on tren.
