My team as currently constructed is

Don't do the trade. Varejao is a double double machine and having one of his best seasons ever, and one of the best seasons period for a big this year.

That was my thought, however Batum is playing at first round levels and last year Gortat did the same.... That is what has me torn. I have a trade out there for Josh Smith for Demarcus Cousins and Jason Richardson.
