Absent the QB debate (I'm firmly in the Manziel camp, mind you), I think that the Browns are doing a better job moving the ball down the field. Too often I've seen this team just allergic to scoring points. So many are stepping up in the passing game that I wouldn't expect.

But... the defense. The penalties.
