Your shortstop is also capable of playing 2B, as is Lindor. He's also only 17 which means even if he makes the bigs as a 22 year old, Asdrubal will be 30. Never pass on BPA, especially for a guy who hasn't even produced at a "star" level for even half a year yet. Hell, the Nats took Rendon and they have an All-Star 3B in Zimmerman already.

Yeah, I agree about BPA. Just looking for instant gratification like we all want. If Kipnis doesn't work out at 2B then having Lindor is a plus I guess even though he's so young he's probably 4 years away.

Yeah I know, which is what I said in my original post. It's hard to be like, "oh yeah, Lindor! Looks good" when you know they probably want him to take over for Cabrera when he goes to the Pinstripes.
