Looks like they're going to fight it. Watch the Redskins spend the max this season, and deal with the entire burden next year. This is exactly how I thought this would play out.

they're so stupid. why would they fight it? they are just going to fuck themselves over even more. i don't understand why they would take advantage of capless year if there was an agreement in place not to... just because it wasn't in writing doesn't mean that there wasn't a gentleman's agreement in place, or something of the sort.

They will definitely be a contender. But I like the idea of Peyton going to Denver. They already got a tough defense and shit load of cap space. Add Manning and probably Wayne or Clark to the mix, and that team is going to be one tough out. Assuming Manning is up to speed/health of course. If they can make the playoffs with a terrible QB like Tebow, they will rape the division with Manning. Easily.

It would really suck to lose Adams, and losing Peyton is expected, and would kind of hurt us. A Blackmon/Miller first round would really make me happy if we lose Hillis, and decide to go with Colt.
