2013 NFL Free Agency: Browns

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
One thing I love about this front office, compared to the Heckert/Holmgren one is that they're actually willing to do SOMETHING in free agency. As great as Heckert was at drafting, it really annoyed me how they made little to no attempt in bringing guys in free agency.

I get it, you can't build a team through free agency, but that doesn't mean you should fall asleep and do nothing.

Grimes has underwent a physical in Cleveland & no issues have arrived. He is looking for a Sean Smith type deal three-year, $18 million

Again take this with a grain of salt but this guy has been pretty good so far. Also Banner likes multi year deals.

I wanted to post this as well, but just don't fully trust this guy.

But if true, and a physical has happened, the interest is obviously there for both sides. Let's get it done..

Kellen Davis is hot garbage. Don't see the point in signing him. We already got Banbridge.

Meh. Heckert did the dirty work. Made the team younger and got them this cap space to work with

Guy milking cow: Ernestine, where's that damn Gary Barnidge?

Woman wearing bloomers: The blacksmith? Died of typhoid years ago. How's come?

I still hope we're very aggressive defensively come draft. Build this team defensively. This is how we become a team that's able to compete year in, and year out in this division. You can't win this division without a top notch defense.

I don't care if our offense is less than stellar for now. Great defense means potential great teams down the road.

Will be interesting to see what Dumervil gets on open market. saw a report of Ravens interest but they figure he is too steep for them

@ CONCEDE
Grimes has been there all day. Sounds like they may be going up dinner as well. Ill be surprised if they let him leave w/o deal

He was right, so he warrants another tweet.

@MikeGarafolo: TE Brandon Myers has agreed to sign with the Giants.

Officially off the list.

I forgot who said it, but there was speculation that Lerner was trying to cut costs specially with the way he was trying to sell. Not sure we'll ever know the real reason, but it would make sense.
