2014-15 Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Toronto 13-2 now. Their bench backcourt was amazing:
Lou Williams 26min, 22p, 2a, 3stl
Vazquez 17min, 21p, 3a, 2r

Against Atlanta and still only played 5/15 games away. And have definitely had one of the easier schedules. They're definitely top 3 seed in the east by the end of the season, but they may go on a losing streak when the schedule toughens up. Like two good teams back to back.

Nooo way, they have beat solid teams. Of the top four in our conference, second toughest schedule and easily the best results

Really deep draft last year with KJ McDaniels going at #32 in round 2. We were one pick away--would have loved to have this guy as an energy defender. He can become a defensive stopper mainstay in this league.

Anyone seen this James Harden Foot Locker ad? I had to laugh:

You know OKC winning games w/o Durant or Westbrook really, really shows you just how bad the roster in Philly is. Here is OKC missing two guys who take up basically 55% of their cap space and still they manage to scrounge together enough talent to win a few games here and there. To go 0-17 with a -15 point differential while having really no major injuries, other than MCW to start the year is just a testament to how damn bad that roster must be.

No there not, defense is bad and there quality wins are kings/wizards. Every other team they beat are bottom feeders. Pure pretenders

I'd like to revisit this one already. Dallas has since beaten Chicago, Toronto, and Washington. Meanwhile Sacramento is now 9-9 and their defensive rating has slipped all the to 18th while Dallas is 13th.

It's early but there is no doubt in my mind Dallas is a better team than Sacramento today, tomorrow and for the rest of the season.

We will see about the kings vs mavs part.
But kings are dealing with injuries they haven't had there 3 best players last 5 games which is why they are loosing. Mclemore has been a revaluation as if late so add him to the mix and we get better.

No doubt in my mind if we make the playoffs we would be a bigger threat than the Dallas.

I had golden state #2 to start the season. They have a ton of talent and it fits really nicely. I just looked at their schedule and they have played Orlando twice, Charlotte twice, Lakers twice and Detroit once. That is a pretty dang favorable schedule to start the season. I still think they have a great shot at representing the west, but a lot of it will depend on bogut's health. That guy just hasn't been able to stay healthy and they really don't have anybody that can adequately fill his shoes if he goes down.

I wouldn't worry. Sacramento isn't making the playoffs in that conference. The only team currently in the top 8 who Sacramento is even close to in terms of overall talent is Phoenix, and they'll fall out as OKC picks up the pieces now that the cavalry is coming in Oklahoma. Sacramento will finish tenth at best.
