2014-15 Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
him being overrated doesn't equal Dion waiters being better than him. and all the numbers are in reggies favor anyway.

I was just about to ask you this actually. What numbers show that Jackson is "twice the player Dion is" as you initially claimed?

it's an expression. what did you expect? him having Dion's stats x2?

being twice the player waiters is is not saying much anyway.

Dion 1-6…suddenly feeling better about the trade lol.

So you have no actual argument and you're just talking to talk? That's nice to know...

just check his stats dude, I don't need to post them here to prove reggie jackson > dion waiters, jesus

Damn. Would have been crazy if Wiggins nailed that at the buzzer.

Let's see, one's a career 9ppg guy, shooting 42.8% FG and 28.6% 3P and the other is a career 14.3ppg guy, shooting 42% FG and 32.8% from 3. The one that looks better isn't Reggie Jackson.

Hell yeah. Still great game for him though. He's improving so quickly.

lmao, I can play this game too. just use this seasons numbers and the one that looks better isn't waiters

Jackson has regressed from last season. But understand, his season last year was better than any season Waiters has had.

No. Both of their best seasons (2013-2014) were pretty good. Pretty identical as well.

I could see arguments going either way as far as who is better (although I'd take Dion). I just think it's ridiculous to say Jackson is "twice the player Dion is" or that Jackson is "easily better" because nothing proves that.

Just when I think Chicago has turned the corner and gotten everything figured out they go and lose to the Jazz by 20...what the fuck.

Yeah it would have.

Regardless, the Cleveland game seemed to turn his season around.

Averaging 21.5ppg in the 8 games (over 20 in 7 of the 8) since Cleveland on 52% shooting.

It's not like he's just sitting out there chucking to get the points.

To have come so far so quickly already at just 19 (supposedly had no offensive game coming into the league) portends huge things to come once he fills out a bit and really learns the game.

Wiggins is getting so good so quickly. And his jumper! I always said the kid could shoot when people were knocking his jump shooting but I'm thinking he can be an ELITE shooter in time.
