I really don't understand why anyone would want Mo Williams on this team. We've got a starting point guard in Kyrie, a starting two guard who can also run the point in Dion, and a solid back-up point guard who plays defense and makes everyone better in Delly. We don't need another point guard. In fact, we need to have one less point guard, which is why we're trying to get rid of Jack.

Plus, does no one remember how Mo totally quit on Cleveland the year after LeBron left? He talked a big game, but he didn't back it up. He pouted and played like hot garage until we traded his ass for Baron Davis, who came in and actually showed us some entertaining basketball.

U have to ask? People see what they want to see, their memory is very short..mine isn't and apparently neither is yours and a few others.
Too many people are going to need some Tums and high blood pressure meds when James doesn't come to Cleveland.

If we can't retain Miles I wouldn't mind getting Swaggy P for the right price.

@WojYahooNBA: Yahoo Sources: Zach Randolph, Memphis extension talks hit snag, All-Star forward considering free agency. http://t.co/vqMNCCqiLb/s/yK_a

If we are looking to build next to what we have...I wouldn't mind bringing in Z-Bo to play the 4. He's from Indiana, so not too far from home for him.

he's already 32 and will take minutes away from Bennett

Wouldn't hurt for AB to share minutes with Z-Bo. He'd be a massive upgrade from the shit show we have at the 4 right now.

I understand your point but objectively, I don't think we can count on Bennett much even though I'm a believer in his skills.

A vet PF would be a welcome add to this team. I'd like Channing Frye.

Everyone who hoped to get Asik are disappointed...

I'm not. One year rentals don't excite me. Assets are for players that you expect will be playing for you when you are actually contending.

I'm betting right now, the first major target of free agency will be Marcin Gortat

Hoping to see us go after Marcin Gortat. He's the best all-around Center available.

If Melo goes to Chicago, our division is going to have a lot of competition at SF and oddly, younger versions of the all-star SFs in the division. :chuckles:

Melo
Parker(Young Melo)
George
Wiggins (Young George)

If Melo goes to CHI could we scoop Jimmy Butler away from them? They'd probably have to amnesty Boozer to get Melo anyway. Gar Foreman is a cheap bastard so maybe he wants to save more money and move either Gibson or Butler. The only reason I'm choosing Butler over Gibson is because Gibson plays PF and I think we are gonna give Bennett a push this season at PF. Butler can come in and start SF with Wiggins at SG. That's a potential All NBA defensive wing duo.
