2014-2015 National Champs

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
God, this is becoming worse than the "start Kenny G" fans last year...

Big 10 titles aren't won against Cincy and Maryland in September. JT hasn't done anything yet other than play horrible against the one above average defense he's faced. People need to fuckin chill.

Braxton regularly beat down bad teams effortlessly. Means nothing.

He wants to stand out and earn the starting QB spot next year? Win the Big 10. Do something Braxton hasn't. The defense is easily better this year than it was last year. It is enough to win the Big 10. Now go earn it. Florida A&M, SDSU, and Cal isnt earning it. Navy, Kant State, Cincy, Maryland, losing to a bad VT team isn't earning it.

TOTALLY agree.

I am on Barrett's bandwagon right now but before we start getting giddy about his progress and that of the offense, let's see it against some better opponents. I know, it's an age old argument, and Maryland and Cincinnati, while not complete and utter trash, are not even ranked squads. MSU will be an enormous barometer for this team, but just general Big Ten play will be very telling.

If Barrett and Ohio State roll through the B1G schedule, lighting everybody up, and/or they beat Sparty...he will have my full undivided attention and we can revisit this. Until then, I think "wait and see" is more appropriate.

That said, Barrett is progressing at lightning speed. Fun to watch so far.

I'm convinced that the offense is back. The coaches finally are giving Zeke his carries. The WRs just had their best game an OSU WR core has had in YEARS.

But I'm not comvinced JT deserves to start over Braxton. Not yet, not even close. Still very much TBD

MSU will be top 5 and OSU top 10 by the time they play...me likey

US today has us up to 15.

Yeah, kind of expected. We were not going to jump up to top 10 just because top 10 teams lost.

We pretty much need to dominate the rest of our games in pretty easy fashion, maybe not MSU but we have to beat them (plus they can not lose before us/after us) and we have to win BIG10, of course.

If we win by 21+ every week and limit teams to under 20, beat MSU (hopefully by that 21+ margin) we will have an OUTSIDE shot. Oh, and every other team above us needs to lose again.

We have more then an outside shot if we win out. The PAC 12 and Big 12 look as week or weaker then the big 10. IMO there is no way a 1 loss big 10 champ does not get in. IMO there is no way the SEC will get 2 teams in.

If OSU/MSU win out, only losing to the other, they will be in the playoff.

Winning out by blowing every team out and winning out by beating the shit B1G teams by a last second FG is completely different.

Since we lost to VT, we have to win every game w/o trouble, besides MSU.

Well see when the rankings come out. MSU just better stay unbeaten until the play us. Not only for our sake but the B1G's sake as well

I dont think we need to continue beating these teams by 20. Just play good and win. The rest will take care of itself..

#9, #10, #14 all lose.

3 spots for us to move up.

I'll be sitting in a suite at the Shoe Saturday #hellyes

Leaving work early to go down there today and will be tailgating somewhere tomorrow. Not going to game, though.

I forgot the Columbus Marathon is Sunday, so hopefully the city isn't too crowded.

Can you get me 2 tickets to your suite? :conf (11):
