They don't have anything to sell. Every player we have that is performing well is locked up long-term. Unless somebody wants Asdrubal, Masterson, Bourn, Swisher, or Murphy.
 
Asdrubal is probably the only piece worth moving at this point. Maybe Masterson and Murphy too if anyone is willing to take them. Bourn and Swisher would be tough sells.
 
Cracks me up how people freak out about a .500 team playing .500. They are doing pretty much what the metrics predicted, yet people act like this is the Marlins they are watching. Not sure what people are expecting when your no. 1 starter doesn't just get hurt but sucks before that, your best young starter fails to do anything, and the team was going to lose their no. 2 and 3 pitcher from the previous season regardless. This team is not at a point where they freak out and start trading prospects to patch holes. Nor are they in 'fire sale' mode, unless 'fire sale' means moving impending FAs. Which isn't a 'fire sale'. People amaze me.



Oh, and Pyro, not even sure why I am answering this- Santana is never catching again, for a myriad of reasons that have been gone over ad nauseum, principle among them is he sucks at it and Gomes is one of the better defensive receivers in baseball. That would be the worst possible thing they could do.

Those are seriously two of the only things that AREN'T wrong with this team right now.
