Chris Giminez is starting at first instead of Jesus Aguilar.

Pretty good indication of how real they think Jesus' season was and his future here, IMO.

Potential trade candidate this offseason.

this team probably won't make the playoffs but they are playing hard and guys are getting valuable experience that is going to make them a tough team to beat next season with the pitching that they have gotten

If the Tribe can at least knock Detroit out of this I will be happy. Then again, the Tribe has to get the sweep on the road, where they have a sub .500 record. Really, it has been on the road where the Tribe lost the division.

honestly just feels like the year of Cleveland. First off, Gordon is going to be able to play regardless of what happens with this ruling which a week ago we would have never thought would be possible. Also, Lebron and Kevin Love are Cavaliers and kyrie signed his long term extension where a few months ago we were thinking he was gone or would take the qualifying offer. The Indians going into Detroit and sweeping where most have written them off would complete the trifecta of "WOW" moments for Cleveland that usually do not happen for us

Would help if Kluber and House would have pitched this series instead of Detroit. I must say, house has been a really nice surprise this season.

Kluber I can agree with, but I'd still rather have Bauer, Carrasco and Salazar on the mound instead of House. It's by a good margin too.

It is hard to say who I would want to see. Salazar was great against Detroit last time out, but could he be running out of gas? House has been a pleasant surprise, and he still hasn't faced Detroit yet, which gives him an edge.

I really don't have any expectations for this series, just go in and give Detroit a run. If they win it, awesome, hopefully the Tribe can give KC an extra game lead. Just keep Detroit out and even maybe bump KC in. Their drought needs to end. If the Tribe can sneak into a wildcard spot again, awesome, but I am not going to lose my nuggets over results from here on out.
