2015 College Football Season/Playoff Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Some monster games this weekend that could shake things up. I am going:

LSU - Beat MSST, UF & Auburn. Huge match-up with Alabama this weekend, will see if they stay in or fall to the outside.
Clemson - Best chance to win out. Playing good ball. If they get by FSU this weekend, they are pretty much a lock for the CFP.
Ohio State - Former champs. cupcake schedule, so far. Haven't played at great level but will be in b/c of last year & undefeated.
TCU - Scoring a bunch of points but against no one, really. 3 great games left on their schedule to prove shit. Have them here instead of Baylor b/c of the freshman QB coming in for Baylor. If Baylor is still explosive, this could flip flop.

I have the same order as @SixPACK as far as the initial CFP rankings are concerned.

Let me say that isn't my rankings. This how I think they'll rank them. I think the CFP committee is image conscious, so they'll keep TCU as high as they can after last year.

I'd probably go OSU, LSU, Clemson as my top 3 in any order.

Joey is right though. These undefeated teams with backloaded schedules will soar above these 1 loss teams if they keep winning. It's nice to have a real ranking, but it just doesn't mean a whole lot right now.

Incredible how Bama always seems to get the benefit of the doubt. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pretty meaningless.

Plus there are so many big match-ups between now and December.

This weekend alone we have Clemson and FSU, LSU and Bama, and TCU and OK State.

I guess. I mean if they beat LSU this weekend, no one will really have an issue with them being in the top 4.

If they lose, they will drop quite a bit.

Ohio State would annihilate every team on that board.

Next!

I will, mostly because I think LSU is overrated...best win is against a back-up QB...struggled at Miss St. and Syracuse.

Won't be surprised when LSU manages to score 10 points against Bama Saturday.

Iowa at 9 is awesome. Basically confirms that we can make it with a loss as long as we beat them and MSU.
