I do admit to being confused col. If we were applying the same scrutiny to each QB then hasnt Barrett looked far more effective this game than Cardale has in games past? In all areas?
Meh. I mean it was halfway through the 2nd quarter, OSU had 7 points, a red zone turnover and their one score probably shoulda been a 4th a goal. OSU had a lot of yards and few points, which is exactly what they had been doing.

There's more to it than just being fast.

And I think Mike Thomas is the best WR we've had in a real long time.

But he's not the deep threat guy that Devin was, that's just not his thing.
If your goal, though, is to force the defense to keep their safeties back and open up room for Zeke, I think OSU has enough WRs to make that happen.

And thats AWFULLY quick for you to go ranting about concistency in JTs first half of the first start of the year, no? Were people jumping down Cardales throat in the first quarter of the first game this season?

200 yards in a half from JT. Impressive.

Not so much that I thought JT was playing bad, just that he was doing the same thing Cardale had done, and he was supposed to be the guy that did the opposite. I think saying either QB is/was bad isn't a good argument, but if you make it for one, gotta make it for the other.

Well except I think making that argument for a guy who started 7 games makes a little more sense. I dont think waiting just a little bit with Barrett before declaring him bad makes someone inconsistent. But Ill let it go cause im typing from my phone.

Barrett still has a lot more playing experience than Cardale does.

Also, why is JTB's 12 straight redzone conversions being ignored, again?

Especially considering Cardale was like 30% ...

Utah getting that ass tapped.

FSU in OT.

Is it totally wrong to think Curtis Samuel might have better year next year than Zeke is currently having?

I don't think he is the RB next year...he'll have a bigger role as an H, but I think Weber is the guy who starts next year.
