Hey.

I don't even care anymore tonight.

Team is trash and going to continue being trash. They can save their late turnaround bullshit too.

Okay they may not be trash, but this is seriously inexcusable, on paper you would take our roster over Tampa's. Right? This talent should be much better, so we think.

The losing just takes a toll on you and turns you into a loser. Then you start to don't even care anymore, especially after shit shows like 17-0.

Lindor was nice enough to give me an autograph in the parking lot after the game. At least I got some good. Mike Aviles probably has the nicest car on the team.

98 more days until Cavs basketball.

What or who exactly contributes to this abysmal season to date? I know the popular answer is that it's a team effort, but it's more than that. Most of us didn't predict a world series for this team but some out there in the media did. What the F happened?

Looking forward to seeing Cody Anderson pitch today.

13. Cody Anderson, RHP Anderson was a late-blooming kid from Idaho that the Tribe signed out of a California junior college for $250,000 in the 14th round in 2011. He was a multi-sport kid who had just starting relieving when he got drafted, so he got most of his pitching experience in pro ball. There’s still some fastball command issues, so he may end up in relief, but the 6’4/235 righty will be developed as a starter. The arm action and delivery are both good and he normally sits 91-93 with some sink, hitting 95 mph, but can sit in the mid-90’s in short stints. His slider is above average, the curveball is average but inconsistent and the changeup is fringy but flashes average sometimes. Anderson will head back to the upper levels as a 24-year-old this year and could become a #3/4 starter with some command improvements or a set-up guy if that doesn’t work.

"The Indians have averaged 2.7 runs while batting .172 with runners in scoring position during their 4-8 stretch."

I think this accounts for a lot for why we have sucked lately. We leave so many guys on base. .172 is just awful.

I think this is what pisses me and others off about Santana this year. He is batting .242 with 6 homeruns with no one on and .190 with 2 homeruns with runners on in more at bats. No matter what the situation is you can always count on Santana for trying to draw a walk. Runners on second and third with two outs? Perfect time to work the count and draw a walk! I know in the hypothetical it loads the bases, but FFS you are the clean up hitter. Moss comes after you who is pretty much boom or bust. Is it too much to ask that our clean up hitter is more concerned with driving in runs than leading the American league in walks?

First strikeout of his career.
