Why is Mickey Callaway such a witch? It seems like every year by July this pitching staff is just so locked in.

Can we clone Callaway and have him work with all the minor leaguers too?

He's not your standard baseball traditionalist, he understands how to utilize the new age baseball information while knowing a great deal about mechanics and how to teach.

Doesn't hurt to have some guys with sick natural movement.
