Holy shit...no lefties pitching against us. I was expecting them to toss 3 straight at us.

I think this is the start of 10 or so games on the road. If there was ever an important road trip... this is it. We just cannot afford to get down 8-10 games to Detroit so early. Spotting a team like Detroit 5 games in the win column at the start of the season is bad enough.

Anybody ever been to Target Field? Looks like an nice stadium.

Twins are beating the Royals 5-3 in the 8th. That would be their second straight win if they hang on.

Glad to see that for two reasons.

1) Anytime the Royals lose, it's good news for us.
2) I didn't want to face a Twins team on their field that had just been destroyed by Detroit and KC. They're still professionals and you can't keep them down forever. Hopefully since they've won a bit, they'll regress back down for us.

Salazar up already?

People got the Tribe running up against must win games with six months left in the season.

Today's Tribe Lineup:

Michael Bourn, CF
Jason Kipnis, 2B
Michael Brantley, DH
Carlos Santana, 1B
Brandon Moss, RF
David Murphy, LF
Lonnie Chisenhall, 3B
Roberto Perez, C
Jose Ramirez, SS

Corey Kluber
