Carlos Santana, now tied with Jason Kipnis for stolen bases on the year and has more than Mike Trout...where the hell did this come from...base running rating has skyrocketed from him this year.

Not trying to shit on your stat, but Trout hasn't been running as much this year since he's batting third and Pujols is having a good year behind him.

Santana shows that stealing bases is not just all about speed. It's a skill. And he's got an 11:1 ratio.

Wasn't saying it to demean Trout...it's just crazy...guy didn't have 11 combined the last like 4 years
 
Lindor has now caught Correa in wRC+...leads in WAR by a wide margin, much better fielder, and it's becoming nearly a wash offensively outside of HRs...no stopping this hype train.
 
Detroit up 2-1 against Minnesota in the bottom of the fifth.

Texas up 14-1 (!!) against Houston in the eighth.
 
Minnesota leading Detroit 3-2, headed into the 9th....

EDIT -- DETROIT TAKES THE 4-3 LEAD with no outs in top of the ninth!
