I like Francona, but his big weakness is being too much a player's manager. It's okay if players like you, but there is a line that needs to be drawn. I'd rather a player respect the Manager instead of like the Manager. When a team is playing like this collectively, is it really a case of the players simply not performing, or is there something more to all of this?
