2019 Browns Off Season/Roster Discussion

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I would say the Browns have a higher chance at drafting Murray to backup Baker than trading for AB.

I'd say the Browns should have more interest in trading for AB than drafting Murray. I would also say that spending time considering whether Murray is worth a round 1 pick for the Browns, considering their other needs is.... yeah.

Again, either discussion is inherently sort of pointless, it's not a big deal.

Robinson could possibly replace Hubbard at RT if the Browns acquire a LT.

Not against going after Trent. Would like it. They got to re-sign Robinson though. He helped turn the offensive line around.

I don't think the Murray discussion was really about whether the Browns should draft Murray. It was more of a discussion of him as an NFL prospect generally. The AB discussion seemed to be focusing on whether or not the Browns specifically should trade for him.

That being said...who really cares. If someone doesn't like a particular discussion, they don't have to participate.

It also took place in the 2019 draft prospects thread, which is geared at talking about draft prospects and where they’ll get drafted.

I couldnt care less if people want to spend time pipe dreaming about AB. Just commented on how amusing it was.

I want to see him traded, period. I’m not concerned that it isn’t us, I just want him out of this division and off Pittsburgh.

Any concern Brown might regress away from Scarnecchia?

Or are you willing to gamble that he has absorbed enough knowledge that it translates away from New England's coaching magic.

I thought he was really good in SF to be honest. But Scarnecchia does bring the best out in players, he’s still only 26 next year.

You don’t often see Bosa get driven a yard back off his spot, Brown is just massive

If Browns release Hubbard and Collins how much money are we looking at?

Trent would be a massive get.

Robinson deserves credit to the line holding their own, Hubbard was our only weakness. Retain Greg and put him at RT? Possibly could be cheaper than Hubbard at least.

Our offense is so close to being stacked. T and WR would he the answer.

Anyone watching this Pats game today could understand why I’d like to pay Trent Brown many millions of dollars to protect Mayfield.

Sign Trent Brown
Sign Grady Jarrett
You think they let him walk away right after they let Solder walk away? I thought the plan was Brown for the future?

I know PFF isn't the be all, end all, but statistically Hubbard (64.9) graded out better than Robinson (60.0).

Releasing Collins would save about 9.25M, although the Browns don't really need the cap space, so I guess there's a chance he could stay.

Releasing Hubbard after just 1 year wouldn't really save significant money.
