No Javale MacGee this time around. I dont see them beating the bucks without Cousins or Durant, Steph with dislocated fingers taped together, a gimpy Iguodala, Damien Jones coming back from mid season surgery.

Epic story of perseverance in the face of adversity? They have two of the best five players in the world, and five of the best 20 players. They need to have way more players injured for it to even be a fair fight against them.

The one thing ill say about GS. Who have they have beaten in these playoffs thats really worth a damn? A overachieving Clippers team. A Houston team whos superstar is a massive choker, and now a Portland team who i cant for the life of me figure out how they are even in the WCF. Yes, GS is a great team, but the West really sucks. Hopefully Durant is out for the finals and one of Tor/Mil can be more of a challenge. At least those two teams DO have a superstar.

I don't think there's another team in sports that basically erases a blowout lead easier than Golden State. Again, I think partially because they are just allowed to play defense without getting called for fouls. And then getting the benefit of the doubt on offense.
