2019 NBA Playoffs Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Why does he act like a player? I mean, will he be in the team photo if they win it all? I honestly couldnt name one Drake song. They zoomed in on him when Toronto was going to win more than Kawhi. I think i saw him drawing up a play during a timeout. Its obnoxious.

He desperately wants to be the Toronto version of Spike Lee.

FWIW, he does have an actual, official role for the franchise.

They are literally jerking off Steph's tiny pecker on ESPN.
But I'd be pretty damn surprised if they literally sweep Toronto.
That crowd literally lifts them up at time.

Agreed on every word you said. Growing second dicks, lol. They really are the Patriots of the NBA. Get to the big games and guys you have barely ever heard of start playing like All Pros. Luckiest team ive ever seen in regards to injuries to. Durant couldnt have got hurt just a little bit later in the Playoffs so he really is out for the season. Hell, they are even saying Boogie Cousins might be back. And watch, somehow Kawhi's calf will get much worse in game 1. Five years of this shit.

Greens gonna kick his nuts swipe at his eye and step under his feet on a jump shot shot in one motion.

IIRC he's their official team ambassador or something like that. Which is BS- that Sikh dude has been there from Day 1 and he doesn't act like an asshole, either. As far as I'm concerned the Sikh dude is their number-one superfan.

By all accounts he’s a very generous guy, too. Buys Raptors tickets and gives them to kids, gives to charities, etc.

And makes sure the whole world knows just how generous he is, doubt this guy would give a dollar to anybody if nobody was there to catch it on camera.

My question is was Drake there years ago when the Raptors were a bad team? I cant remember the last year they were a bad team, or even a really low seeded Playoff team, but to me all this Drake stuff started when the Raptors got really good. Another words, he is a flaming frontrunner. Am i wrong on that?

No, he's definitely a front runner. But so are a lot of Raptors fans. I used to get tickets for like $30 and the arena was empty. Now, the same seats are like $100 for playing terrible teams and they're always sold out. They're going to be unbearable. I'm happy for the city, but some of the people are such assholes. Idiots didn't want to trade for Kawhi... I can't respect a single person who had that mentality.

Should have specified - I was talking about the Sikh Toronto super fan.

As you talking abt the Cavs during the LBJ years or the Raps? Or the Ws? Or all other successful NBA teams?

Well, honestly though, they wont be unbearable for long. As much as i want to see them win, they will get hit with a hard dose of reality real soon and will be all talking hockey. We all know this will happen.

I feel a new move coming. Oh I know! Something along the lines of a knee to someone’s back or head while pretending he’s going for a rebound. Another option is the old closeline reach in for a steal move.

Well, really, all the players who are playing for Toronto are American so.....Canada can try to claim the Nba is theirs if they somehow win it all, but we all know thats a joke. They can have the NBA for a year though if they manage to beat GS. Ill be singing Oh Canada myself if they pull that off.
Ill funnel boiling hot poutine into my asshole if the raptors win the finals
