Do Not Sell My Personal Information

As you know I am a big Manziel fan, but I mean anyone can make that throw with no one rushing you. And you also don't know if Hawkins did a nice move to get open or the D is just playing soft.

No matter what though, right at the #'s.

A bigger WR catches that ball with both feet on the ground and takes it to the end zone. As it is, at least Hawkins touched with both feet before tumbling out of bounds.

thats not what AZ was showing. I was fooled where the ball was going so were a couple defenders

give it a few weeks az will come down with johnny football fever

It's been shifting over the past few days. Hard to determine if Manziel is playing that much better or if this all is a media fantasy.

<s>#</s>browns pettine on why he's starting Hoyer: "he's done nothing to have that taken away from him"

so we go from Manziel having to earn his way to starting quarterback to Manziel has to take it away from Hoyer.

it will be an interesting two weeks

THROW IT TO BARNIDGE!

It would be of greater concern if Manziel wasn't showing massive improvement.

When you think about how raw his skill-set is, and the system he's coming from, I'd expect and hope that he acclimates himself at a more rapid pace.

...in adding to that, if Hoyer can't even establish himself over a kid coming in after just two years of collegiate experience from the antithesis of an NFL system then just start the kid.

I do think that, if they are relatively equal going into the season, you start Hoyer. He's the veteran, and starting him costs you nothing, but also gives Manziel the chance to continue developing in practice rather than just being thrown into the fire, which we've done to entirely too many young QBs in Cleveland since the team returned.

If he flat out earns the starter job, that's one thing, but if it's close it's another entirely.

I mean, there's got to be a reason why Hoyer has never ascended on depth charts without injury.. Didn't he leap-frog Campbell from the 3rd spot last year?

By default, I guess.

But the guy was cut from his last two teams in favor of some pretty mediocre talent.

We all knew what he was, which is why I would have preferred a much more NFL ready QB like Bridgewater over a project such as Manziel.

But such is life...

I'd love to know who the loser is who tried to Trademark Troll "Johnny Cleveland". What a twat.
