Agree but it'd be willful ignorance to think that there have not been dozens or even hundreds of super talented and strategically basketball intelligent women never given the opportunity to break into the ranks of NBA coaching over the last few decades based on being women.

It's easy and idealist to say "well hey, just hire the smart qualified people" but in reality if you have decades of hiring practices and decisions made by people who either outright ignored entire pools of candidates or marked them down a few notches in comparison because they didn't fit the "traditional" profile of what an NBA assistant coach looks like, then some type of initiative should at least be considered.

You are trying way too hard, David.. its OK. Calm down... your dog is your life. I understand. I do. 2012, my dog died in front of me due to old age. Boston Terrier. She was 12 years old. I cried for a week.

Let me say it again.. "it can be argued" ... not that i care to. its not that serious.. but i understand it "triggered" you..

Now, back to regularly scheduled programming.
