Everyone has to take something that was very emotional and moving and turn it into a damn joke! I have cried to that scene like 13 times!!

I really Love the results of this draft pick. Had an HOF career in Cleveland. Great pick.

Now I will never get to use my awful nickname "The Fresh Prince of Cleveland" :(

Guess I will just have to settle for a championship from my favorite team...

Classic episode.

That meme was hittin after Bron lost to the Mavs though but it's not so good/too much here

Yeah, LaVine showed the flashes that we knew he had in him, but he also showed how raw he is. He shot 39.7 % from the field and 26.3% from behind the arc in summer league. I don't think most people would be so nice if he were on our team. :chuckles:

Kid has a lot of potential, but he also has a ways to go.

At the NBA level, shooting is much easier to learn than ball handling. You see NBA players become shooters all the time. You rarely if ever see non-ball handlers become ball handlers. Lavine seems like a decent ball handler already.

What would worry me more about Lavine is his IQ/shot selection.

Haha, right! Just quickly off-topic, has to be one of the best scenes in the history of comedic television. Fresh Prince as a whole was such a terrific combination of humor and reality. Loved how a lot of episodes used to end with a really powerful message as opposed to a final gag.

Now we get to accurately assess Jabari vs. Wiggins for their careers as cornerstones of a franchise. Wiggins can't hide in the shadows of LeBron, Kyrie, and Dion. Wiggins is really going to struggle.

Are you so sure? The odds are against him, yes, but if he were to still be a member of this team I think you'd sing a different tune no matter what the circumstances.

I am rooting for Wiggins and will follow the Wolves. I seen Wiggins in H.S games and followed him more than any other prospect since LeBron. It is a shame he is gone but i wish him nothing but the best. I hope the Wolves eventually become a good to great team as well. Seems this trade was perfect as both teams got a fair amount for what they had. I will say this though... This reminds me of the Garnet trade In the terms of how I feel it may pan out and the Wolves end up right where they started. Again Wiggins barley knew you but we will miss you.

OT - some of you may know this, but that scene was actually not scripted. It was Will expressing his feelings.....

All the best to Wiggins. Least he has the green light in minny.

It might be good for Wiggins to go to a place where he can be a central focus of the coaching staff. In Cleveland, he could get by without working on his offensive short comings and get slotted as a role player and there wouldn't be a lot of fuss. If he goes to Minny, he'll get a chance to work on his weaknesses without worrying about getting benched, kind of like Oladipo in Orlando last year. I think this trade gives him a better chance to grow a complete game, even though he might not contribute as much to team winning.

well seeing as his whole post was based on Wiggins NOT being a part of this team...
