Annual RCF Rate My Team/Who to Play Thread

Figured we could have the usual thread where we post our teams and get feedback. Once the season starts we can use it for advice on who to play/sit.

I'm a bit pissed off we're drafting so early, it's a chain email draft going on as we speak. I joined the league last season so I'm the new guy, have little say. I know three of the guys in the league, no idea who the other six are. One of them dropped out and I took his spot, it's a keeper league where you have one keeper. I guess next season we're going with three keepers, but for now it's one. I won it last season so I'm picking last, 10 teams.

Anyway, my keeper was Rodgers. I managed to win it even though he went down last season.
Thus far I have Montee Ball, Arian Foster, Tom Brady, Wes Welker, Michael Crabtree, Joique Bell. Thoughts? What should I focus on next? I've just been going BPA thus far.

Like I said, keeper league and I picked last :chuckles: there was nobody available at 10 better than ball or foster.

I'd look for quality at WR next, somebody who is a first or second option in his offense, and take some flyers on interesting RBs by committee late. Every year there are a few RBs that were supposed to be goaline specialists/third down backs who end up being a top 20 player. You just have to be lucky with one of your late round gambles.

Have confidence in yourself, you won it all last year.

Your RB's are questionable. Such a hit or miss with those 2. You are set on QB, do not draft another one. Don't get cute and draft Manziel. As Keys said, get a quality WR. If you go for a 2nd option WR, I would make sure they have a damn good QB throwing at him (i.e. Cooks w/Brees, Roddy White available? I am guessing not. Michael Floyd? Not a great QB but a great 2nd option. Emmanuel Sanders?)

I was just offered a trade for Brady. The guy basically asked me what I wanted for him. His team consists of Calvin Johnson, Dez Bryant, CJ Spiller, Ben Tate, Tony Romo, Toby Gerhart, Keenan Allen, Marques Colston.

Ask for Calvin, Romo and Tate/Gerhart and offer to throw one of your terrible RB's in if he turns it down.

Calvin/Romo for Brady/Welker/Bell.

I think Romo is going to have a good year. And you are giving him a good WR in Welker, getting back a fantastic one in Johnson. Having your 2 starting WR's as Crabtree and CJ isn't to fucking bad.

Can you offer picks in next years draft? Take out Bell and offer him a 2nd rounder. Then leave the league next year
