Annual RCF Rate My Team/Who to Play Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
9-0, 8-1, 5-4, 2-7 and 2-7.

Both those 2-7 leagues I was either in or won the championship game last year lol.

I'm at 5-4, 5-4, and 3-6.

That 3-6 league has been rough. McCoy with the number one pick has been a huge bust, my sleeper pick Patterson never woke up, and Julio has been borderline useless since it's not a PPR league and Atlanta's offensive line has totally disintegrated over the past month. You know it's bad when grabbing Carson Palmer off of waivers has been the high point of your season.

Feel your pain on the McCoy pick. Took him 1st overall. Had to starthim last week because forte had a buy. I also took Patterson as well and have been disappointed. Been really lacking in qb with Stafford but I picked up palmer and like what I'm seeing from him the last few weeks

I don't want to hear about the pain drafting McCoy at 1.

1. He's going to go off the 2nd half of the season
2. You didn't draft Peterson in 3/4 leagues.

Thoughts on Harvin?

Trade for him now or is will he be too inconsistent? PPR

Yup one of the leagues I'm 2-7 in went:
McCoy
Brees
Ball
Andre Johnson

Needless to say the draft crushed me this year.

Well, if he's going to go off, he's taking his sweet time, and if he does it after I'm out of the playoff hunt, what does it matter?

But yeah, drafting Peterson would have sucked. Luckily, I drafted him last year and he was enough of a disappointment that I said no thanks this season. Not that I did that much better with McCoy, but whatever.

Gotta give us what you would be trading/who are your other WR's, etc..

Currently I'm rolling with Demaryius Thomas and Eric decker.

I have Greg Olsen and one of the playoff contenders in my league needs a TE. I figured I could flip him Travis Kelce for Harvin as my WR2.

Another trade I think I could possibly pull would be Ryan Mathews and Olsen or Kelce (depending on how tough his position is) for Alshon Jeffery. Thoughts?

Here's a question...Peterson reached a plee agreement that will sentence him to community service and a fine.

Do you think he's worth a speculative add in leagues where he's available in the hopes that the NFL considers the eight games the Vikings sat him out as time served, or do you think they give him an additional suspension?

I mean I would do the Kelce for Harvin deal. YOu already have your TE set.

I don't know your RB situation but Mathews should be good to roll when he comes back. Oliver is already setting back. And Chicago, anyone outside of Forte is hit or miss. They are like the Saints, so many weapons, you have to hope yours is the one going off.

I wouldn't do the 2nd trade.

I'd say if you have a deeper bench with more roster spots then go ahead and snag him.

I don't think I'd waste a roster spot if I had only 4 or 5 bench spots.

Don't need mathews at all. Starting Demarco, Arian, and Marshawn Lynch at RB/Flex.

Doesn't hurt. I don't really think he will play again but the off chance he does, he would be a pretty good RB to add into the playoff run.

I am going to try and add him and drop Doug Martin. Hopefully no one above me will snag him first.

Yeah, I went ahead and submitted a claim for him in all three of my leagues, as he's available in all of them. Hopefully he's cleared to play once the plea deal is accepted by the judge.
