Around the NFL 2011-2012

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
^ Even worse when we bring Robiskie in teams immediately know he's in for blocking. Moore usually comes out for Alex Smith, we may as well put our play on the scoreboard for the other team.

manning out for the season

I could have told you that as soon as I heard the surgery he got. My wife had the same surgery a few weeks before Manning and her doctor said she can't go back to work full duty (police officer) for 4 to 6 months. I imagine a football player it would be even longer.

After 3 Games:

Brian Robiskie: Rec: 0, Yds: 0, TD: 0
Dan Sanzenbacher: Rec: 9, Yds: 66, TD: 2

After all the hate for Sanzenbacher on this forum; I couldn't resist.

Not really hate. Its more the fact how people bitch non-stop if we don't take an OSU player.

Aaron curry is being shopped by Seattle, should browns take a look

^ If he can't make a difference for Seattle he's not good.

Palmer could be soon taking his talents to South Beach

**NFL UPDATE** Cincinnati Bengals asking the Miami Dolphins for a 2nd rd pick for QB Carson Palmer, sources report Dolphins very serious.

Not sure why Miami would do that. They are doing nothing this year so giving up picks for an aging vet is not going to help them. Hell yes Cinci wants to do it.

Agreed. Getting Palmer would be a terrible scenario if you're the Dolphins - good enough to ruin your tank for Luck, but not nearly good enough to make any signficant improvement in the overall state of the franchise, and you lose a 2nd round pick.

Miami only wants to give up a 3rd, Cincy wants a 2nd

Carson Palmer to the Miami Dolphins update. Sources report Bengals set on a 2nd, Dolphins don't want to go higher than a 3rd

Carson Palmer Update - Source reports the Dolphins offered a conditional 3rd rd pick that could turn into a 2nd if certain goals are reached

I'd definitely take a look at Curry. It may just be a case of the new coaching staff not favoring someone else's draft pick or not fitting in their defense. Compensation couldn't be high.

I'd give them Robiskie straight up for Curry:tongue:

They'd probably prefer a garbage bag full of used jockstraps compared to that trade.

Henne isn't a franchise QB imo, but at this point neither is Palmer. I don't get the point of Miami trading for Palmer. Especially when they have holes in other places. Would be a waste of a pick. Thank God I am not a Bengals fan though. They really just as have no hope as long as the Mike Brown and family run that team.
