Ive been saying this since the end of our season and i will keep saying it. All it takes is for Bosh to say he wants to be traded to Cleveland and it will be a done deal. Toronto has no leverage. Mo, JJ and all of our expirings along with some future picks for Bosh and maybe Jarrett Jack should and will be enough to get Bosh but it all depends of if Bosh forces Toronto's hand and says he only wants to come to Cleveland. We do not have to take on one of their crappy contracts(unless something happens where we have to) and we do not need to trade everybody on the team not named Lebron for him.

Toronto has already said they will try to sign and trade Bosh and supposedly Bosh gave them a list of teams he wanted to be traded to so apparently Toronto is willing to take whatever they can for Bosh as long as it is reasonable and doesnt hurt their team for the future.

When would a Bosh trade be made. I doubt we go into July 1 with this roster plus a late first round pick we bought but we would have to if we are hoping for a S&T for Bosh just due to his salary and the players Toronto would like to attach to him and their salaries. If we make a trade for someone else now we will use too many of our assets to match the salary. There's a possibility we trade for him before July 1 and risk him opting out and bolting but LeBron and he wouldn't do that, they'd love to play here together. So unless we wanna take a huge gamble and wait until July 1 without making a major move I think a S&T is much less likely to happen than making different, more realistic moves or possibly trading for Bosh now.

I agree Smooth, 1 thing I wonder is, don't you think that after we trade whatever parts are needed to get Bosh that our lineup would be LBJ,Bosh most likely AV and ?whom.....I think that we would have to take Hedo back if for nothing else we will probably need a SG and most of our assets will be used to get Bosh. Well i think that is when you hope a guy like Joe Johnson looks at Lebron and Bosh on the same team and signs for the MLE. Artest signed for the damn MLE and Odom took less money to say in LA. Hopefully Joe would do the same. I wouldnt count on it but like i said Artest and Odom took less money to play in LA. Other then that we do have the MLE to use on a SG or C and then maybe we use Delonte to get the other position taken care off. With all that said our team could look something like this

PG-Collison/Jack, Boobie
SG-MLE/Delonte trade, Danny Green
SF-Lebron, Jawad or Moon
PF-Bosh, Powe, draft pick
C-MLE/Delonte trade, AV, Z(sign back)

Im just going off the top of my head.

They said we're inquiring about Bosh on WKNR today so let's hope they make it happen soon. I know it's unlikely, but anything can happen.

For anything to have a chance of happening with Bosh, the Cavs need a trade to tip the scales in our favor. That encourages LeBron to re-sign, which encourages the coach and possibly someone like Bosh to sign here.

Cleveland is never gonna be Bosh's first choice, it's only if Amare goes to Miami and LeBron is decided on re-signing that we become the best choice through LeBron's choice. He would rather go to Chicago or New York, but if LeBron's here then that changes.

The key is landing a piece i the next week without using many assets that makes our roster look alot better.

You would have to deal more to get both Bosh and Calderon. Other than that, i would love to see both deals happen

And Bosh said he won't wait to see what James will do before making his own decision.

It would suprise me that a team that would be rebuilding would want to take on both those contracts. I also think you do trade 2 first but not for Okafors contract and not with JJ.

Hickson will likely go in the Bosh trade in my opinion
