Been checking up on this daily.. This is where the scoreboard has been all this week, pretty much... The east end doesn't even have one part up of that screen, oddly.

Random question for you all and did not know where to post it. Has anyone that is a season ticket holder not received their tickets yet? I have seen that people on twitter and facebook began to get theirs about three weeks ago and I still haven't gotten mine. I have called multiple times and they say that they are sending them out in multiple shipments but I do not know if I believe them. I find it hard to believe that it would take them three weeks to get out all season tickets. Just was wanting to get some info before I call again tomorrow and unload my fury. Thanks guys!

Not sure why you'd need to unload fury on season ticket salesmen when they haven't done anything wrong yet.

Calling them is apparently not getting your tickets to you any quicker, as I'm sure they have a system for getting you your tickets before there are actually any games.

Serves no purpose other than to annoy them.

They have had my season tickets flagged as ineligible for resale on the NFL ticket exchange since I bought them about 6 weeks ago. After some emails and calls and attempts to get it fixed they've been full on ignoring me for awhile now. The customer service from the Browns in my experience has been kind of awful.

There are some games I can't get out of work for and they promised me I could sell those tickets when I was on the fence about getting season tickets, it's what made me decide to go ahead and do it instead of just getting several single games. Go ahead and unleash some fury for me as well

I'm frustrated because they told me I would have them three weeks ago. I called again today and they still havent been shipped. I live in Dayton too so time is really running down on getting them to me. I am pissed because they have flat out lied to me a few times. I have 3 other friends down here that got their tickets three weeks ago. I renewed them as soon as I was able to so its not even that I was a late buyer.

Scheiner: I cant wait for our fans to see all the work we have done. I think we have done more work in one offseason than any other team

Scheiner: Fans won&#39;t be able to miss the big new video boards and the new audio system.

Scheiner: It worked out great to have fans register for training camp beforehand. We had the perfect number of fans at every session

Scheiner: We are currently evaluating the possibility of moving training camp out of Berea.

Scheiner: I can 100% guarantee the Browns will not have any games blacked out locally.

Second, I have been keeping an eye on the improvements daily from where I work. There is no way (in my opinion) that everything will be completely finished.

Depends what you're asking for... They've done a lot.. Completely new sound system, two gigantic scoreboards with ancillary scoreboards that are pretty much the size of the old ones, new intro, new "mascot"...

Are you asking if they have new protocol for when fans streak? I can't think of more on-field improvements that would be relevant to a fan experience... Maybe the drum line?
