call of duty 2014

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Did they release anything on their horde mode? I know it won't be zombies, and I didn't like Extinction, but at least they can try something.

Just no spec ops.

How do you feel about paying full price for a game that is rendered obsolete in one years time? I feel the same way about sports titles so you know. A roster update, some minor tweaks and call it a day.

Meanwhile team fortress 2 came out in 2007, no sequels and is still supported and has a strong user base. I think there have been 7 or so call of duties released in that time frame.

When you factor in DLC, you're paying double the full price for a year's worth of gaming, on top of whatever your monthly subscription is if you have one. Yeah, you might hang onto your CoD games for longer than most, but the vast majority of people end up trading it in towards the next installment.

It's a billion dollar cycle of greed, all for essentially the same game with a different coat of paint every year.

One of the developers posted a blurry picture of what appears to be robots.

Could be interesting. I just want a cod horde mode. The skin doesn't matter one bit to me. I'm not some super zombies fan or anything, just happens that the skin that was chosen for my favourite game was a zombie.

Hopefully I/we find out more soon, the base game looks awesome, but it isn't enough for me to justify a purchase.

Exo survival... I'm out see you next year

This game looks...really good. I'm pretty excited by the level of customization. I've been out of CoD arena since like MW3 to be honest but I'm definitely buying this. I just hope it's better than Titanfall, I just did not dig that.

i have sworn off COD since MW2, going to take a lot for me buy this game

if it was WWII, i would have it pre-ordered

Game actually has to be different from previous titles based on what I've seen. I mean, you can jump fifteen feet in the air with certain exo abilities. That enough makes it the biggest change CoD has had in years.

Day one purchase right here.

PSN (PS4): SRStark20 -- we'll wreck lives

Damn doesnt anyone play on XB1?

I'm a pretty decent fps player and I've been debating getting this. I think I've decided to go for it since destiny didn't live up to my expectations. I wouldn't mind having some ps4 people to play with.

Zombies mode leaked and will be in.

If the way that guy is playing the game is what is considered zombies mode, it is a sad state for COD zombies fans. Unless the game is actually a full blown Treyarch style zombies mode, it might as well not exist to me.

It didn't look like it had perks, the Pack a punch, wall weapons, or the mystery box. Basically everything that makes Call of Duty Zombies, Call of Duty Zombies. Giant meh, Extinction with Zombies skins.

Total Biscuit is actually enjoying the PC version of this, which is amazing... i really want to believe this is a good game

I feel like I enjoy COD for the first month or two that it's out, and then I end up developing a hatred for it because I run into the same issues with lag, hit detection, and spawn killing.

I don't care that people camp in this game (I slow play too because I primarily snipe), I don't care that people use noob tubes. Those are things that are built into the game, and you can ultimately control the outcome of those encounters. Lag, bullet lag, and spawn killing have been present in COD for as long as I can remember, and while I don't expect them to be completely and totally eliminated, it feels like it's only gotten worse as the years have gone by for this franchise.

If they could fix those issues or at least reduce them down to acceptable levels (as in one or two issues every several games, if not days), then I would buy this on Day 1, because I would finally have something to play with my friends and I was actually good at COD when I played it. Until then, I've sworn off this franchise and won't give them any more of my money, unless you guys and my friends are able to persuade me otherwise.

im right there with ya buddy

Borderlands is gonna get my money before CoD will, just waiting for the winter sale on that bad boy
Kingdom Hearts and GTA V PC are also higher on the totem pole than CoD, but i really do want this game to be good again.

Also, gotta be ready for an onslaught of DLC that will make the game twice the price in the long run and then be worthless this time next year
