Cavs sign Chris Crawford again

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Basically he gets front row seats to watch LeBron and the gang ball every night. Meals, free plane tickets and hotels for all away games. And a couple shekels in his pocket.

I'm a mediocre ball player. Sign me up for that deal!

Has anyone who shot UNDER 40% in college been successful in the nba? Serious question.

2 year deal with partial guarantee = another contract set up to move to a team looking to shed salary.

I'm guessing combination of bringing a 3rd PG in and adding another contract that could be easily moved.

He is a good 3 point shooting guard who can play some point and has decent height. Not much of a 3rd pg, but yes, a 3rd pg.

His best skill is his shooting from behind the arc.

I always have interest in taking a flier on tall college point guards with shooting range. Delly encompasses everything I like about the undrafted tall point guard: defend multiple positions, individual stats aren't as important as the team succeeding on offense, nothing is guaranteed so they go all out or get cut. The team won't need a guy like Cleanthony Early who only knows how to create offense for himself. On the end of the bench, the Cavs need guys like this.

Thanks for your insight David Griffin

What's the sense in making this comment?

He's arguing his assumptions as if they are facts.

What factual background or basketball related information did he post about Chris Crawford to support his argument?

You need to see the forest for the trees, upper lip. I'm not saying the guy will be Delly - in fact, I was talking up Delly on this board a year before he became a Cavalier - but at this time of year, you look for a young guy who might end up a role player. Tall point guards have role player upside.

To be very clear, trade filler is also a role.

Is this in preparation for another move or just Kyrie insurance after his injury?
