Cavs Ticket Questions, Policies, and STH Concerns

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

I realize the seats are all variable pricing, but I have seats in section 108 and don't know what the current face value is for the opener (or for any other game, which I know fluctuates). Obviously, ticketholders pay less. I guess we'll find out when the flash seats ticket is printed out for the opener.

I have 3 season tickets.....I pay $12 bucks a seat....sold mine for $370 each.......killing me not to go so I bought lowers for $450 each..........in my opinion prices are going to start rising in about a week or so.....the guessing game begins

You keep stating this on every page of this thread, but you present absolutely no facts.

I just pulled all of the inventory into a spreadsheet to make the adding easier. Know how many recently sold tickets are listed on the site?

69

Know how many are available for sale?

2635

That's 13% of all tickets.

Apparently, people are refusing to pay the prices being asked, and you expect the prices to RISE?

Ummmm......dude the game is 2 and a half weeks away......just watch

You yourself have no facts either........I have been playing this game for years.....so yes I have no "facts" but have plenty of experience price watching and trends of prices on tickets.....being I can only go to half of my games

You will see many tickets sold on the weekend of Oct 24....that's when I expect the highest bump in price. Most people are geared the same way......wait till last moment or paycheck to buy something special.

The hype is real, and it got to me. I just picked up three 2nd row seats in 211 for $250/ea ($114 face). I had planned on sticking with my 10-game plan tickets for game two versus Pelicans, but I couldn't contain my excitement for opening night. So my October bonus is now spoken for. Hope my wife doesn't kill me when she finds out. LMAO

You did the right thing my friend.

Anyone else heading up to Cleveland tomorrow night to watch us dismantle the Bucks?

Not me. I'd love to get to the Q earlier than the 30th to check out the new court in person and see how my seats look, but I'm just going to settle for the game in Columbus next week where I only need to drive 7 minutes to.

Again, that's not really true either. Remember that those sections only have 14 rows because they back up to the loges. There's what? 16 seats in a row, so a max of 224 seats in a section.

Here's my count from FlashSeats -

107 - 38 tickets for sale
108 - 12
109 - 24
110 - 42
124 - 34
125 - 27
126 - 17
127 - 30

That's 224 tickets out of 1792, or 12.5%. Which amazingly enough, is pretty much the same as all other tickets.

No matter how you break it down, 10-15% of all seats for the opener are on FlashSeats.

Nice work. I think there are 18 seats in a row.

But looking at your numbers, let's focus on the gold straight seats, the two middle sections of each lower bowl. I would consider these the true non floor premium seats since half of the other sections you noted are beyond the basket.

The listing numbers for sections 108 (12), 109 (24), 125 (27) and 126 (17) amount to just 75 seats for sale. Keep in mind, there really are not any other venues to legitimately buy these seats from.

Thus, 75 listings (and perhaps less by now) out of 20,500 (and more) Q seating is a very limited supply of premium seats. (floor seats are even more limited and are in a separate pricing category).

I beleive there will be some who need to sell for whatever reason (financial, out of town, work, etc.), but there will be even more who are hard core fans who will otherwise go if they do not get their price for this game.

Conversely, I think many of the upper deck listings are by those who bought them because of LeBron returning and were bought to sell. Again, you do not list the number of upper deck seats for sale, but these are the vast, vast majority. I think these listings will sell for reduced pricing given the vast supply and believed propensity to sell.

Thus, I believe the upper deck seats will come down a lot, the lower bowl four courtside sections will maintain their prices (except for those who need to sell), all because of supply and demand and propensity to sell or go to games if the price is not met.

Even though I have tickets I've still been monitoring Flash Seats daily. Waiting/hoping for the ONE guy who sells his lower bowls at face value because they don't care about making a profit (I know, I'm dreaming).
