Cavs Ticket Questions, Policies, and STH Concerns

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Yes....on the ticket there is a bar code and they scan it and it takes 5 bucks off your order with each ticket
So just so I'm getting this straight, you get into the game with Flash Seats mobile app and then they print a ticket off for you there on the spot? I've never done Flash Seats before.

There were tickets for $31 a piece for the home opener. Sold already damn it. (on Flashseats)

Is each seat getting $5 per game? How do we redeem it? Paper tickets that we get after entering? Wish I would have know this last night!
I am unsure if "new" season ticket holders get this benefit

I suppose I consider myself a new STH, since I took the past few years off from being one. When I went to the first preseason game I had the $5 voucher on my ticket.

OK well that answers that.....haha.....BTW welcome back

If you have two seats under your name on flash seats, do you need to transfer one of the tickets to the person you are going with? or if you come at the same time, will they let you both in?

You can keep both on your account if you're walking in the door together.

Received my WGU Membership Packet in the mail yesterday. What an awesome letter from Dan! Opening line: "So, how was your summer?" Can't wait to get this thing started!

Went to the game the other night and had an awesome time! My seats in section 226 are SICK! Center court! You could see every play developing right before yours eyes. I can't imagine how sweet it's going to be seeing LeBron looping around behind as the ally-oop is tossed up for a "WHAM! With the right hand!" haha!

Tell you what, if my season opener tickets are selling for $65, I'd be going to the stinking game!

The $65 seats aren't even bad seats. They are near center court row 9...

Upper bowl tickets are going for as low as $185. Upper bowl tickets which are premium, such as center court, or near row 1 go for around $300.

It's very interesting how many tickets are listed for sale in the upper bowl and are asking for over $350-400 and they aren't even premium upper bowl seats. There are almost no sales around this price for upper bowl tickets either. There are hundreds of tickets like this.

I expect to see upper bowl tickets decrease in price from around $185-220 to closer to $140 in the coming days. I don't see how it would be possible to have a price spike. We are coming up to the last 2 weeks before the game. I wouldn't be surprised to see them come down to even $120 in the last week. I already have seen packs of 4 tickets having accepted bid offers for $150.

These guys either will start accepting bids for much lower than their asking price, or start decreasing the asking price.

Leading up to the Brown vs Steelers game, the price got over $190 for cheap upper seats. I'm talking about row 32, no alcohol section. The largest marketplace, StubHub, had less than 600 tickets available the last week before the game. This is less than 1% of total stadium available. The last day before the game was close to 350 tickets.

The Cavs currently have 6% of the total stadium for sale on FlashSeats. The demand simply isn't there for the price they are asking. Of course there will be some people who just say sure I'll go the game, but there are many many people who will sell.
