Cavs Ticket Questions, Policies, and STH Concerns

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Will single game tickets from the box office be more expensive this year?

Well I'm pretty sure tickets at the box office were always more than buying them ahead of time.

But if I'm not mistaken, I thought the prices of all seats went up 20% this year. They announced it in the middle of last season.

They did change it unfortunately, I can confirm that home opener will only be avail as full season ticket holder and single game tickets. Not sure on half season ticket holders.

At first we got the 20 game plan, then when they called us, only the 10 game plans we're available.

I surely hope that isn't true, dang.

It is true, all 10 game packages used to be 11 but this year they took them to 10 just to eliminate the home opener

Eh, I'll get more clarification.

I know a ticket rep at the Cavs. So maybe she'll squeeze us in if possible, not counting on it.

Kinda stupid they don't allow the home opener for partial plans.

Flash seats are different. That all depends when season tickets are delivered to the season ticket holders. STH sell the tickets on Flash seats, not the Cavs.
When I was a STH my seats were delivered about a month to two weeks in advance of the regular season. With all of the craziness surrounding this season I would reccomend monitoring Cavs.com and Cavs.Flashseats.com daily. Hope this helps!

You had pretty damn good seats for Loudville. I'm pretty sure my buddy bought your old seats from a couple years back lol.

Luckily I put my deposit down before lebron announced he was coming back, so I'm in C110 for the 10 game package. I just want to know what games I'll be going to.

I have an 11 game plan. Rep said that tickets to the opener will go to 1/2 season ticket holders, then 11 game holders, then the general public. So if you have any type of plan, you get a shot at the opener before the public.

1- You might have a 10 game plan, 11 doesn't exist from what I was told. I'd call your rep to confirm. Unless you got lucky or put your deposit down a long time ago, if so that's awesome!

2 home opener availability will be going in priority to when you bought your ticket package. If I bought my 10 gamer before a half season ticket holder I will be getting priority before them.

Yeah, 10 games is what I meant. My seats are in row 11, so I must've been thinking that.

Where did you hear #2? I put my deposit down on Monday, July 8th. Being 4 days before LeBron signed, I'll bet that I am ahead of plenty of other people.

No worries, yeah I put my deposit down on the 9th so I'm hoping I'm ahead of people too. I heard that from my ticket rep but who knows at this point.

You're forgetting season ticketholders. They will have the opportunity to purchase extra seats before the general public.

They'll already have the opener, though.

You are right, but I think they have first chance to but additional tickets before anyone else. More as a reward for being a season ticket holder.

I still haven't gotten a call about my 100 down payment yet ... and i put it in pretty early. I already got tickets for half a season through an outside source, but I would still like to keep my 100 down for next years season tickets and have priority to buy single game tickets first -- is anyone else still waiting for them to call?

Unfortunately I think it's highly unlikely they have any plans available. they might actually be sold out for next year too - who isn't going to renew or upgrade their current plan? The Cavs might be like the Green Bay Packers and their ticket sales for the next 5-7 years. Wait list, wait list, wait list.
