What's the big deal about FlashSeats? They seem to charge 25% fees. Isn't eBay around 10%?

This is what I found in a Q and A on Flashseats:

"
Is there a fee to sell seats on Flash Seats’ system?
Yes. To sell tickets to events there is a 10% fee, based on the purchase price, plus $1.50 per ticket charged to sellers when they sell seats."

Make sure you're looking in your promotions section if you're using gmail. If not, try doing a search for "cavs". Maybe it's somewhere else/in spam.

The seller might pay 10%, but the buyer seems to have to pay about 25%. Go do a checkout process for $400 tickets. You end up with approximately $100 in fees.

If you haven't received e-mail from Cavs (Gmail):

1. Promotions folder
2. Spam folder
3. Make sure you put in the right e-mail

Mine only took 10min. Hopefully that is a good sign

For season ticket holders - is there a limit of games that you can sell? Someone told me something like you can't sell more than 25% of your games, but others have said that's not true.

Is anybody else experiencing problems with the Cavs ticket lottery I signed up around 11 am this morning and I still haven't received a confirmation email I hope that means I have luck and somehow someway get tickets lol kind of in a karma way.
