I just want to get there because anything can happen in terms of freak injuries. If KD or Curry go down we've suddenly got a shot. They are the luckiest franchise of all time in terms of injury help though so I wouldn't count on it.
The sad thing is they could lose either one of Durant or Curry and we'd still lose.

If we make it to the finals I feel like this year Has had enough striking parallels to 2016 that we might luck into an injury luck championship again

I agree with you that we could possibly beat them. But I don't agree that we might "luck into an injury championship again". Again? When was the first time? If you're referring to Curry's so-called injury, he played all 7 games and averaged 23-5-5, after having huge playoff games against Portland and OKC. If anyone has lucked into an injury championship, it was the Warriors in 2015, who had a tight tussle with a Cavs team that was missing Irving and Love for the entire series.

Idk why i just sat and watched that

We could’ve stolen that one and been 2-2 after game 4. FUCK

Damn i miss Kyrie and Bron together. Just ain’t the same without Kyrie man

With how gut wrenching and weird this season has been how hilarious would it be if we get to the finals and just win it all? Extremely unlikely, but damn that would be crazy . . .

This would be the most LeBron season ever if that happened. Like literally everything good and bad about LeBron distilled and concentrated into one roller coaster season. Would be the only thing that could replace 2016 as his magnum opus lol

This schtick is old. Curry wasn't hurt then and he isn't hurt now.

You know who IS hurt? CP3. We should really be pulling even harder for the Rockets right now.

Believe what you wanna believe lol. I know what my eye test told me from his movement patterns. Curry was healthy last year and almost averaged a 30 point triple double on us

Of course he had big numbers last year since he & Coward get to hold eachother's hands now

Ref assignments are out. Foster, no brothers. Celtics fans livid, apparently big line movement has resulted

I know, but that's why I think the fact that he's limited this year will lead him to putting up less in the Finals. A healthy Curry gives you last night's game pretty much every game in the series. A hobbled Curry can pull that out of his ass maybe 3 or 4 games in the series. I'm hopeful his injury will allow us to capitalize on the bad games.

I guess we'll see. I think he just had a couple stinkers; it happens. He was obviously healthy in 2015 and was fucking locked by Dellavedova for multiple games (until he nearly killed himself) so it's not like he's some unbelievable force that never has bad nights.

He is not nearly as unguardable as people want you to believe. He has been slowed many times, sometimes by Delly. Ball denial is the best way to make it look like he is giving you nothing.

They lose Durant, we have a chance. They lose Curry, we are likely still toast.

Yea Delly was in his jersey that series until the dehydration killed his body. But I remember hearing chatter that Curry was dealing with concussion symptoms after getting undercut by Ariza in the previous series. Which I was hoping happened considering how hard he fell on his head. But we know the NBA only cares about concussions when it's a role player as we saw in Game 2 with LeBron b

He's def the most susceptible to having bad games out of most Superstars so him playing amazing every night is kind of a hyperbole. But Steph is in that Lebron tier to me where they only have 1 bad game in them per series. Hobbled Steph I think he can have a bad game every other night
