Cleveland Browns 2012-2013 Schedule

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I'm choosing to not play this game yet. It is perfect for forum chatter, but I'm going to hold off on a number for now. I hope we push for .500. Something tells me that Colt is going to be better this year.

Typical Browns fans responses.

Every year, we surprise everybody in the NFL & beat the Super Bowl champ.

A couple years back, nobody thought we'd trounce New England & beat New Orleans rather handily.

We always manage to make at least 1 Pittsburgh game interesting.

I'm not saying we'll beat any specific team here, just that the Browns are always good for a couple/few wins that you don't think they're capable of pulling off.

We're worse than we were last year talent wise....

The schedule is on the other end of the spectrum....

The only week we have a shot is the Bye and even that's a pick em game.

Defense came a long way last year. *If* we can improve upon that, and the offense does enough to get the middle of the pack (rank-wise), we should eek out 4 - 6 wins (keeping with tradition). However, if some luck had gone our way, we could have won 10 - 12. :)

We'll lose just enough to be hopeless and unwatchable, but win enough to miss any franchise changing prospects in the draft.

Ill be going to the browns-eagles game decked out in eagles gear. What are the chances I get either shot, beaten up or poured beer on?

Edit: Only my 2nd Browns game. Dont know what to expect.

Depends on where you're sitting and how obnoxious you are when the Eagles are up by 30.

Check your back frequently. You'll probably have a couple loogies back there.

There's always teams that don't live up to expectations. People thought Tampa would've continued on their success and their picking 5th in the draft. No one expected Colts to be that bad. It's too early to make predictions. The Bills could be terrible or even the Chargers it's just way too early to tell.

Rizzo was on something big time, he predicted 14-2 first round bye losing to Ravens and Giants

gotta love the optimism

Unfortunately, those wins are usually offset by a few losses that I didn't think they'd be capable of pulling off either.

Agree.

The key will be to prevent playing down to the level of the competition in the games we should win.

This seriously might be the worst Browns season since the return season. They may win 2-3. Look at it.

Definitely won't win: Denver, Philly, Dallas, San Diego, @Cincy, @Baltimore, @Pittsburgh

Probably won't win: Oakland, Pittsburgh (at home), Baltimore (at home)

Could win, but shouldn't be favored: Cincy (at home), KC, Buffalo, NYG (simply for the champs trend)

Toss up: Indianapolis, Washington...

Say they win the toss-ups and two of the Could-Wins...

4 wins....MAX

I wouldn't go that far, man.

You're right. We win 4-6 games every year, which means we are surprised by wins 4-6 times every year.
