Yea, they probably haven't thought of that.

Sometimes life hands you bad breaks. Sometimes it hands you years of them in a row. And frankly not everyone is capable of being happy. People's brains are wired differently and predisposed to problems, people are more/less skilled than one another, people are unattractive or unconfident, people have had every day things that would normally help to ensure a happy, stable life reinforced as negatives. You see suicide when the porblems fester for an extended amount of time and a solid support system isn't readily available. These people are suffering, have been for what feels like forever, don't see it ending, and have no one to talk to about it.

Great post.

It's akin to seeing someone who's has a well established life but is clinically depressed. An immature response (probably Kiddo's response) would be, "Lighten up! Why are you so upset?? You have everything!". So weird how the brain operates. I had anxiety for 18 months. Was afraid of everything. It was borderline depression. I hated it. Then, one day, boom - gone. It's not like I purposely wanted it - it just snuck up on me.

Also, I keep forgetting the maturity issues with some posters. Just because we frequent the same message board doesn't mean we're all alike. Similar to a bar I suppose.
 
One the tougher parts of this is the fact Belcher was never in trouble & had no prior history of this shit.

From what I've been reading, he was having a ton of memory issues. & the woman he killed was after his money. Obviously no excuse to kill someone, but he was boozing a lot & taking pain killers for his concussions. Bad cocktail.

Are people still being uptight about calling this coward a coward? Multiple gunshots into a female, then takes his own life so he doesn't have to pay the time.

i think everyone's confused about causal events.. Its more likely he wanted to kill himself and took her out first rather than taking her out and then shooting himself as a desperation move. He seemed pretty rational (all things considered) to walk up to a coach and thank him.. it's all very cold blooded.

I refuse to pass judgement on the situation until more info comes out, which it won't.
 
What more info ?? He shot multiple times and killed a person which was a chick!! They were so called 'arguing lately', it had to be a relationship dispute, she probably got caught up, and he didn't take kind of it and he acted instead of thinking it out. He made a mistake, a costly mistake. HIs way out was shooting himself, and that's what happened.


His guns were legal though.

Can someone please tell me why shooting a woman is worse than shooting a man? Real Deal keeps acting as if it is ... :chuckles:
