Corey Coleman

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
A source told cleveland.com that Cleveland Police are in possession of a 30-45 second video that shows Coleman was not involved in the fight.

What say you now @Randolphkeys?

Does it make him a bust in your eyes that he had the opportunity to join a fight and didn't?

Huge leap from discussing the ambivalent pulls of a young NFL player in two opposite directions to calling him a success or bust.

Young NFL players have several brushes with the law becoming TMZ fodder every offseason. Is it anymore trouble than they got into through the 1980s or 1990s? Not really, but the society we live in has changed. TMZ isn't at fault for revealing NFL players aren't saints outside of the game. They are profiting off of this "news" angle, but professional athletes shouldn't get a free pass from society either.

So when we see yet another young NFL player in the police blotter, we can analyze why this keeps happening or just be pawns to a money grab from the NFL (annually profiting in the billions yearly from young men beating the crap out of each other) and their media opposition (in the millions reporting their more human moments in general society).

But is Coleman a bust on the field? I have no idea until I see a real QB getting him the ball, frankly.

I don't want to to sleep on this guy. Prorated 53 catches for 660 yards is not a terrible season for a rookie. Would have put him #3 or 4 among all rookie wide receivers. Only caught 45% of his targets which is horrible but I suspect this is due to the targeted not the target. Hope springs eternal and I hope Corey is ready to make a jump because we need him to be the shit.

The personal chef he hired has also been teaching him amazing leadership techniques.

Not sure what that means, but it seemed totally on him to me. Dude just couldn't catch the ball consistently. Hope it was first year jitters and he remembers how to catch this year.

After his morning Kung Fu routine, he also catches tennis balls- one handed.
