Listening to Lowe now. Windy is as much to blame. Windhorst is talking about how LeBron is going to disappear from the face of the Earth for two weeks and force Blatt out. Like ridiculous. I hope we win just so our "caveman" basketball prevails over the pace and space/ team ball bs.

And now Windy is sucking up to Golden State and how well coached they are. Did he watch Steve Kerr with 3 time outs just stand there while Curry got an 8 second call right in front him? Like the media bias in basketball is just ridiculous.

Windy's speculation has been way off before w/r/t LeBron's offseason plans, so not to worry. That said, win or lose a title, be prepared to hear more Mark Jackson gossip over the summer. That's not going away until he signs with (hopefully) another team.

I'm thinking we have national media posting in here. Not Chris Parker either.

I can't take much more of this. Please make it stop.

I can remember an in-game adjustment in Game 1 against the Hawks.

In the 1st quarter, we were running the Kyrie-LeBron high PNR on the left side of the court. When they got Teague to switch onto LeBron, Kyrie would pass to LeBron and he'd have the whole left side of the court cleared out for him. But Atlanta was expecting this and were rotating a backside big man to essentially double LeBron if he made a move to the basket. This set was not that effective in the first quarter.

In the 2nd quarter, they ran a high PNR, got Teague to switch onto LeBron, but this time they swung the ball to the opposite wing. This forced the backside big man to stick to his man, and LeBron was able to post up on the left block with a PG guarding him. Off the top of my head I can remember at least 1 score like this where LeBron caught a lob, but I am thinking we scored twice off this adjustment.

Look, it's time to give credit where credit is due.

This team is playing phenomenal defense. Best in the league defense.

Infinite props to David Blatt.. Seriously, the guy has won me over with what he's doing with the Cavaliers.

Absolutely. Cavs are getting solid contributions across the roster, are playing terrific defense, are kicking serious ass on the road, and are playing harder than their opponents.

It's a phenomenal display so far, considering the injuries and JR's suspension.

It's not just the players and the assistant coaches. He has got it going right now.

One of Blatt's best coached games of the year. Rotations were on point, the offense rarely went stagnant, and he seamlessly replaced our second best player without dropping a beat on either side of the court.

Whether it's him or Lue, someone's cleaned up a lot of the bad off ball stuff on defense; everyone's alert and on a string, the Hawks aren't getting any of the open looks they've feasted on all year. The stakes keep getting higher and higher yet Blatt keeps getting better and better.

Can't believe this is a rookie head coach. :chuckle:
