I can remember an in-game adjustment in Game 1 against the Hawks.
In the 1st quarter, we were running the Kyrie-LeBron high PNR on the left side of the court. When they got Teague to switch onto LeBron, Kyrie would pass to LeBron and he'd have the whole left side of the court cleared out for him. But Atlanta was expecting this and were rotating a backside big man to essentially double LeBron if he made a move to the basket. This set was not that effective in the first quarter.
In the 2nd quarter, they ran a high PNR, got Teague to switch onto LeBron, but this time they swung the ball to the opposite wing. This forced the backside big man to stick to his man, and LeBron was able to post up on the left block with a PG guarding him. Off the top of my head I can remember at least 1 score like this where LeBron caught a lob, but I am thinking we scored twice off this adjustment.
