Fire this guy now.... Poor Dan

Just bring in mark Jackson need a guy Lebron resoects

No. Not Mark Jackson.

Blatt seems gone already, but the replacement should not be Mark Jackson. He is terrible with strategy and does not hire good assistants.

Don't care if Jackson is with LeBron's management team. He should not be the next coach of this team.

His rotations aren't helping either. At one point they had Kevin Love guarding Boogie Cousins and the other 4 guys on the court with him were Delly, Harris, Jones and Thompson.

I'm sure he will eventually figure out the NBA, but I don't think we necessarily have time to wait for that moment.

Think of this summer. All the joy, all the elation, all the hope.

Now we're .500 and got buried by a middling Sacramento team. We look like a joke. The league is laughing at us.

Injured or not, I don't think all of this will sit well with Gilbert. Even if Gilbert is the person probably most attached to Blatt.

If you are on the Titanic and heading to the iceberg you have to try to turn the ship. You might not be able to turn the ship in time, but you have to at least try.

I respect and like David Blatt. But I think things are getting away from him and the team at the moment. Circumstances being bad or not, I don't know how much longer this coaching marriage is going to last.

Is the front office going to continue supporting him?

I think Blatt was just referencing that Kevin technically isn't a max contract?

It's nearly 2 am and I'm drunk, but a comment like that can easily be taken out of context.

I have no idea when that was, but I'd be shocked if that didn't happen deep into the game when the cavs were down big and nothing else was working.

in that case - why not try something different ?

and how is that wrong ?

Its his rotations he needs to get right. He consistently shoots himself in the foot there. Everything else would follow if he just forgot his gut and figured out a regular rotation

Uggh: since Mozgov is in his prime and not in any sort of foul trouble you basically should have him in the game every time Cousins is in the game. This is not a game where you can go small at the C spot. If you have TT on him, you immediatelly try to double him which leaves open shooters every where and this is exactly what happened.

As soon as they took out Boogie, I thought Blatt would sit Mosgov. I think he was hoping to go on a run with Mosgov, Love, and Kyrie in there with a Boogie-less Kings squad but unfortunately, to go on a run, you need to get stops and/or force turnovers.

This is completely overblown and will be all over sports media in the morning, he meant no to max, contract wise. All a bunch of smoke blown for nothing.

That is a rookie mistake. I still feel he is a good coach but not the right coach to manage this roster. Like it was with Dion. Good player but not necessarily the right player to supplement this team.

Next game is huge for him, IMO. If Cavs lose they go under .500 after playing almost half of the regular season and I don't think Griffin or Gilbert would be able to control their patience anymore. Lets hope he turns it around though!
