Hire Marc Jackson and tell him to bring his Jesus juice because we're going to need miracles to turn this ship around without making significant roster changes.

I think that's a fair thing to say, Blatt is trying to work with a very flawed roster right now. No doubt. But he still needs to let guys settle into roles so they know what to expect night in and night out. These wild, crazy changes to the rotation every night just will not work at this level and it's shocking that he doesn't seem to know that. Even Mike Brown seemed to get that.

Stop panicking, Cavs still going to the playoffs at the end of the season.

Let Blatt do his work all 82 games for him to learn this roster.

Blatt needs to totally reset back to game 1. We have gotten out of the plan looking for the perfect formula. I think the slow first 3 games caused some panic, way to fast.

I really believe these guys thought they were going to come out strong after the preseason they had building that chemistry.

Literally no line up has properly worked. Blatt is throwing shit at the wall at this point because we can't contain the turnovers, move without ball with some consistency, we make sloppy football plays in the paint (lookin at you Bron Bron) and overall play deficient defense.

We don't have the roster to compete on a night in and night out basis against tough (physically) teams.

Go ahead, hire Marc Jackson but you better tell him to bring his Jesus juice because we're still going to need magic to turn this ship around without any roster changes.

I'm confused - where exactly did I say that Blatt should be fired or that we should hire Mark Jackson?

Again though, it's not about rotations themselves, but that nobody's being put in a position to succeed at all - including one of our three best players.

And is 12 games in really the time to be "throwing shit against the wall".. honestly, it'd worry me if that's what he's doing. It's way way too early to panic and start throwing shit against the wall.

I'm not saying you said anything about hiring Marc I'm just making a point that the crux of the matter is beyond the coach.

I don't think he's panicking, I just think he has an awful bench and a dysfunctional starting lineup with chemistry and low post defensive problems.

I mean... no matter who he throws out there there is a chink in the armor at any given position.

As far as being put in a position... I don't know what to tell you. It looked like everyone was put into a position to succeed in the first quarter. What happened? That's Blatt's fault? Kevin Love was posting up and getting good looks almost the entire first half, didn't see that in the 2nd half. Coach Blatt's fault? Coach Blatt draw up all those turnovers too?

I just don't see it that way. There's too many other areas of concern.

Blatt mentioned its possible there could be a new starting lineup. Thoughts on what he could change? I dont think starting TT for Varejao would accomplish much. Harris in for Marion?

Anyone in for Marion would work, because he's not a fucking shooting guard. That original lineup change still puzzles me.

He doesn't help floor spacing as he's not a threat at the three point line, he has no touch around the rim, and he can barely guard small forwards these days, let alone shooting guards.

Sadly I think he's the best option we got there. Unless u want to give Waiters another shot to pull his head out of his ass, which I'm not against. Its better then a second round rookie

Right now he doesn't have the personnel to play the way he wants.
Blatt's #1 personnel request was an elite "stretch four", so we got him Kevin Love. And he's not making much use of that.

i think this team misses delly more than we thought we would. the dude ran the offense all summer, ran the offense in summer league and was our only viable backup to kyrie. it was short sighted to really only have one other pg on the roster.
