Are you my girlfriend? She basically does that except she adds more than a dash of taco seasoning. Let me tell you, it is Damn good.

Quick, cheap meals for me is I go to the local market-store and get 1lb. of fresh sliced turkey/chicken and I buy low-carb wraps (tomato basil/garden veggie, etc..) throw some lettuce in it and it's a quick wrap. Still get a tiny bit of carbs to feel full and it will last you a good 6-7 lunches/quick wrap snacks (depending if you are trying to lose (lunch) or a quick snack (bulk)) Also buy my fruit/berries from there. Apples are fucking ginormous and are cheap as hell. Plus it's helping a local place other than a shitty Wal-Mart or Kroger.

I have recently been buying bulk meals, kind of what FiveT said, and I cook a bunch of chicken at one time, shred it or chunk it and I have a stock pile for the whole week. I cook the veggies as well and then you don't have to worry about cooking..Brown rice/peas/hard boil eggs so you can have a quick pop or protein.

It's easy, it just sucks the day you do it b/c it will kill like 2 hours.

I have been cutting on carbs recently and have dropped 8lbs in 3 weeks from doing Insanity MAX on/off. But now since my marathon is 8 weeks away, it is time to start lifting/running and eating more carbs. Wanted to do InsanityMAX to get my leg strength back up and now the hard part comes. Running :thumbdown

Nope not your gf, she's probably prettier than I am, just a guy that loves something that doesn't take long to prepare but can be repeated over and over.
 
if you don't like the super low calorie days, there are more common IF alternatives that can be easier to handle. basically you condense everything into a single day and just repeat that all week. teh two main plans are 16/8 and 20/4, so it'd be 16hr fast with an 8hr eating window.

i personally don't do it, mostly because it'd be a huge PITA with my schedule (or i'd have to do closer to 20/4 which f that). i would like to tho, hoping it is more feasible in the future.

Ive been doing 16/8 for a year now and love it. Mostly because every time i ate breakfast i was never hungry, i just did it because "omg breakfast so important!" When really its just another fat building period
 
I've kicked my workout routines into overdrive. My initial goal was to workout at least 3x a week. I currently did a different workout Sunday, Monday, and today. The plan is to do 6 consecutive days and one rest day. The last 2 days, I've done yoga inferno-- not easy by any means. With the meal replacement shakes I've been drinking, I'm seeing changes in my body (physically). I'm seeing a six pack forming, which was never a goal of mine, I just want a flat stomach-- not that I mind, but I really wasn't expecting that. Thighs are becoming leaner, and it's almost time to bounce a quarter off of my backside.

This plan is ideal for the next 3-4weeks. And then I get to take a few days off and just eat the most delicious foods in NYC. And then get back into the routine, when I get back.

I drink Sleepy Time Tea before bed, just to help me unwind after my workouts. I find that my workouts actually leave me energized, and it's hard for me to sleep.

I'm thinking I may try Crossfit this summer.... maybe.

This morning at the gym I was making my over to the bank of treadmills, and there was someone on the elliptical diagonally to me. I was getting myself situated with my earbuds, and the person ripped a 4 second long fart as they were going to town on an eliptical. I looked around, but it seemed I was the only one that noticed, because no one else even looked up.

So my question is, Nicky, do you work out at my gym? ;)
 
^ I don't go to the gym. Haven't had a gym membership in over 5 years. The only thing I miss about the gym is the pool.

I feel so bad. With how much food I eat throughout the day there is just no stopping it when I get on the treadmill for my long run days. When I do sprints I can stop on the recoveries and either hold it in or let out a low, slow blow. But when I am running at a 6.0mph for 6 miles, there's no time to be sneaky. I sound like tinkerbell playing a tuba.
 
There's this event called the Electric Run - June 20, 2014. I believe it's a nighttime 5k. It sounds interesting, but I'm not a runner. But if anyone else is interested, now you know about it.

I went grocery shopping and found that I filled my cart with the most healthy food that I've had in quite some time. The cookies/sweets just don't hold my interest.... right now.

I've also managed to workout 5x since Sunday. I do plan on getting in one more workout, tomorrow. I did a Kettlebell workout last night. Haven't thrown that 15lbs bell around since last summer. My arms/shoulders and core are pretty sore. So, I worked out my lower body tonight. I loathe mountain climbers.
 
The secret to getting cut is going backpacking for a week lol. I'm noticably leaner after this week, bicep veins much more pronounces, can see more abz.. the trick will be not over eating now that i have civilization and wont be hiking 16 miles a day

Gonna teach some youngbloods all about powercleans monday :thumbup:

The Electric Run looks fun, I signed up for it back in like January. I dont run pretty much at all but I like to do 5ks just for the hell of it.
 
i have the worst luck ordering juice. Started the order process 2/20, once I ran out of enanthate and went to my back up bottle of prop. They didnt see my order for a week. Then it was shipped. Then, 10 days of nothing. I asked wtf was happening and they said it was returned to sender and theyll send something new out. WEDNESDAY hopefully. Oh i ran out of juice Monday. Im gonna be a little bitch for a week and will lose muscle unless I eat like a fucking pig horse


adderall ruins everything btw. do not do it while training.
 
Pretty sure I pulled a hamstring from last nights workout. So, no weights for tonight's workout. Looks like it's yoga for me.
 
man, its getting pushed further and further back. Im not happy about it. One of the things that I really need to figure out.

i fucked for 6 months straight, which made it difficult to eat right and go to the gym. I experimented with switching compounds in a certain way that I think really, really hindered gains, and it was pointless bc i was using tren to cut and no one fucking needs tren to cut. I also cut down on my testosterone dosages to reduce sides (acne, bloat etc), but I think this actually hurts gains too and I feel nowhere near as good as I did on the stuff when I was at 2.5 times the amount.

also, its practically IMPOSSIBLE to find HCG, which I need to make sure my balls dont permanently shrink (atrophy). and, i just havent put the effort into it I should have. Anyways, short term, this is good bc I should have knocked Madison up like 10 times already, but long term, if I go permanently sterile and can never end up with another mistake kid that I decide ill actually keep, ill be pretty bummed. Two biggest things I want are a wife and a kid, not necessarily in that order.

More problems: scar tissue. laid off the legs as injection sites for a good 6 months or so due to scar tissue and moved to the butt. Then the butt started hurting so I went back to the legs. I think i can only do this for so long.

Plus, theres these marks coming up on my legs that didnt used to be there. if you watch Dallas Buyers Club and see jared leto's legs when he's injecting, it looks like that. Its not acne, but its not pretty.

Also, acne is a problem. not so much on the face, but sometimes my chest breaks out and I get it on my shoulders.

To answer the question, Im still far off from my goal. I want to be at like 210 at 10% bodyfat so when i come off, even though Ill lose a lot of size, Ill still have a lot when I end up where I need to be. SO, i have no idea when Ill stop. I have NOT been doing well with my diet or keeping in the gym, but I still look better than 95% of the guys out there

fuck that shit, sounds terrible.

What do you guys do about drinking alkahaul? I love drinking, i live in a house with 4 of my best friends, have minimal responsibilities, the corner store is like 30 steps away... but its fuckin up my fat loss. Ill be in a caloric deficit all week, bust ass in the gym, scarf protein, etc and then drink like 20 beers fri/sat. Ive tried switching to liquor but it honestly isnt much better. I have stopped eating while drunk though, thats a huge step up from the past.

Being sober at a party is no fun and my college days are almost over, so i dont wanna miss out but i also dont wanna look at upcoming vacation pictures and be like "damn, remember all i ever wanted was to be lean? well i fucked that up". Im torn

my goal is to body build and currently doing my first real cut, already down a whole BF% after ~3 weeks of counting calories
