Diet and Workout Routines

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
the key to hitting a plateau is changing it up. say you cant add any more weight to your bench press, well its time to start doing alternative chest exercises (DB bench, decline, incline, flys, close grip, wide grip, dips, etc). I havent hit a weightloss plateau yet but ive always been told to just eat at maintenance for a few days to a week and get back to your deficit

edit- totally assumed Nicky was like 5'10 or something :chuckles:

Absolutely not. I'm very short-- I'm almost hobbit height. It's funny what we assume about each other. :chuckles:

I'm thinking of starting Jillian's 90 day body revolution. I'm curious to see where I can go physically.
I'd most likely start in the beginning of June and seeing what a physical difference I get in a 90 day span.

**EDIT** - realized that I mastered the crow push up, without the modification form. I didn't realize how much strength I've gained within the last month. Definitely a go ahead sign that I should try something (Body Revolution) and see where I end up.

haha yeah its always weird what your mind can come up with vs reality

someone offered me a home made blueberry muffin at lunch today.. best 400 calories evar

muffins are so fucking good its criminal

i never got the fascinatino of pizza. the food is too thin. calzones, i can understand.

What's the best preworkout supplement to take to get amped up?

I need to intesify my workouts.

the original Jack3d got me like the fucking hulk, but it is no more.

Ive been taking C4 for a while now, its high quality and will get you pumped up and doesnt have anything really scary in it. Just follow the directions on the bottle..so many jackasses are like "herp derp no effect after taking triple the single dosage for 180 straight days". Buy the 60 day supply from amazon, its even cheaper than costco. Pink lemonade is win, fruit punch is good too but i got sick of it

ive tried GNC's PWO that had like 500 mg of caffeine in it..didnt sleep that night. what a fucking stupid idea, its like a pot of coffee

Any of them will lose their affect which is why you need to cycle.

Bullnox- biggest jump I have ever seen while taking preworkout

White Flood- also very solid, no creatine in it if that is a concern for you

C4- also solid and pretty reasonable

MusclePharm assault- very deceptive, doesn't give you the huge tingle like others but the strength gains are certainly noticeable while on that last fall I maxed out on my bench at 285 while weighing 165 so yes It works well.

I would like to take jack3d eventually but I'll stick with bullnox for awhile

The younger co-workers and I have this knack of leaving pre-workout/protien powders for all of us to try on our respective shifts.

This girl left her C4 extreme (watermelon) and Volt (berry pomegrante) pre workout powders. I have yet to try any, as I never thought that I needed to take anything pre-workout. I was talking with another worker about getting some casein, just so we can see how we like it. We'd go in half on it.

I'm going to have to try some of these pre-workouts to see if they make a difference.

Not sure what that means....

Just bought animal pak cut for a fat burner. Pretty skeptical and it's 18 pills a day but .................it's almost pool season, that is if I ever get a weekend free.

lol its bro-speak "admiring".. i try to avoid internet bro slang, but some of them i find funny, like mirin. let me know how you like that fat burner.. ive been trying to avoid that stuff, but tbh if something is low side effect and not super expensive, im willing to try it.

and Nicky, you gotta try pre workout, its the shit if you use it properly

when we start talking about supplements
