Diet and Workout Routines

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Any of you tried "power yoga" (ashtanga variant)? I've heard good things in terms of it being a kick ass workout.

power yoga/hybrid yoga -- All the same principles, with a twist. I'll just flow through my vinyasa in the comfort of my own home, for the time being.

I do yoga at the rocky river rec, my long time friend is the instructor, hes a male and extremely talented at yoga and running.

At the RR rec we have Broga, guys only yoga, saturdays at 11. Its mostly dudes that do curls for an hour before hand but its a lot of fun

^That just strikes me as an odd sight.

Woke up this morning feeling like my core is being ripped in half. Obliques are also on fire. And I may as well get my vinyasa flow on, this afternoon. I haven't done yoga with ankle weights in over a month.
I may be deceased by this evening.

Im definitely not lean enough to start bulking. After 4ish weeks my butt jiggle came back and im not cool with that

I'm looking into doing Bikram yoga. Found a place that's less than 5 minutes away that offers a class at 5:30am.
I've never done this type of yoga, but I want to see what it's like.

I did a regular (non-hybrid) yoga workout for the first time in about 3 years. A simple change up to your workout routine goes a long way.

So I broke down and had chipotle today, I was starving. That basically means I can't eat for the rest of the day, right?

Starting a new workout program in August. (Not starting until August b/c I have a full July.) Been doing full body workouts the past month and want to switch it up.

7 days/week. 2 workouts/2 cardio/2 workouts etc...for 12 weeks.

Example:

M - Chest/Sh/Tri
T - Legs/Abs
W - Cardio
Th - Back/Bi
F - Chest/Sh/Tri
Sa - Cardio
Su - Legs/Abs
M - Back/Bi etc......

Been adding muscle, pretty much doing no cardio since my last half marathon. Going to be training for my first ever full marathon next year and getting lean as Charlie Sheen.

Will be taking pictures and crap so you all can see what it did for me. Thinking of possibly doing the Columbus half marathon in October. Will be perfect timing b/c this program would end around that time.

Been fighting to get back into regular routine since I started work..Got access finally to my office building gym so it'll be better. Bout to cut drinking out completely for awhile as well. Really it is the only thing holding me back right now.

Honestly, u don't have to cut drinking out completely. Fuckijg just workout like you normally
Would and you will be fine. Diet dude. And I don't mean go motor boat jenny Craig or that lightweight hot bitch from biggest loser, but eat clean (veggies, fruit, meat) and u will look like a mini Thor in no time. Go to bodybuilding.com and find a workout that works for u. Change your workout every 1-3 months. But no, you don't have to quit drinking. That's absurd.

Don't make us bring back our weekly webcam videos where we did gross shit drunk here on RCF.

Goodnight. I'll leave with a joke.

How many South Americans does it take to screw in a lightbulb...?

A Brazillion.

I'll be here all day.

Yea but if I can cut out the drinking, even for awhile, I'll reach my goals that much faster. Really the key is if you drink don't drunk eat.

Ok guys, after a crazy last month, I really need to cut some weight. I'm sitting around 185 but would like to cut about 10 lbs.

How can I go about finding the caloric intake of a 175lb person so I can begin attacking these extra few lbs?

http://www.1percentedge.com/ifcalc/ is the best out there

after bulking for 4 weeks in june, i started back to cutting and doing 3 day a week full body lifts, i added 10-20 pounds to each of my lifts compared to my old routine in that month... getting a little fat was worth it IMO. Now nonstop cutting till I hit 10%
